Five Guys — Restaurant in Regina

We ordered skip the dishes from five guys. It took over 2 hours for them to prepare our order. We decided to just drive over there to get our food, there was one guy walking out with food, and 3 employees standing around doing nothing. And when we got our food it was ice gold. I asked if they could remake our food, and they said it wasn’t their problem because we ordered off of skip the dishes. Regardless of who’s responsible for our food at this point they should have either cancelled the order on skip the dishes, refunded our money, or make us some new food that we paid for from their establishment. They were “kind” enough to make us new fries. They heavily salted the new fries to the point they couldn’t be eaten. This place is a joke, zero customer service, we’re very rude, and could hardly speak a lic of English. I could care less if you can’t speak English, but don’t be rude to your customers who are paying your wages. Will never be ordering or going to this...

So stopped at Five Guys for supper and the food was great! There was 3 staff working. A young lady cleaning tables as there were no clean tables to sit at. The young man cooking our food was polite and gave lots of extra fries and the other lady was working in the back. She checked in on her staff periodically. While eating our meal the you man and lady were cleaning the bathroom. The young man was called to the front to help a customer and had not changed his gloves from the cleaning bathroom. I approached him had asked him to change his gloves. He did exactly that and apologized to me and the other customer. Before I left I asked one of his fellow co-workers to thank him for me as he was busy in the back..

Thanks Five Guys staff!!! Very approachable and pite staff!!! Smiles...

My sister and I met for a burger tonight after work. It was pretty busy and we did wait awhile but the first bite told me this was worth the wait. I picked up my drink to was down my bite and the lid popped off. Coke Zero. EVERYWHERE. My burger was swimming. I was feeling pretty dumb and started cleaning up but my sister took my receipt to the front, told them what had happened, and they insisted on making me a new burger to replace my sopping wet one. That burger was even better! These guys care, and went the extra mile tonight, even though they were in the middle of a giant rush. They turned my frown upside down and I can’t say enough good things about the staff...
