They must have changed something about this place. It used to be amazing food. Today I ordered from skip the dishes and it was never delivered. I went there personally and got the food again. The staff was very nice about it but sadly the food was AWFUL. Kids meal was missing the meat COMPLETELY. The sauces on the shwarma wrap were missing. The meat was bone dry and veggies were cut like they were cut by a kid. I have never had falafels so dry and tasteless. Soggy and disgusting. Overall learnt a lesson that never buying from this place again. I havnt eaten from here this location recently but have had good food from here several times in the past. Read the reviews and realised that they must have changed the management or are cheaping out on ingredients. Not worth your money. Sweet talk doesnt replace good food. Customers pay for food and this place has none. Really feel bad for throwing away 78 dollars worth of food and wasting my time going there to...

Felt the need to do a follow up review. I was just in the east location and got a platter. All I can say is this place seriously has a problem with consistency. Again I got a salad with spoilled tasting vegetables. (Gag). The guy grilling the meat grabs the uncooked chicken from the rotisserie with his gloved hand and places it on the grill, then proceeds to assemble my salad with the same glove?. As he’s doing that I’m watching the other guy get a raw cone of lamb ready for the rotisserie and he lays it against the tomatoes that are being cut.The new containers they use for the platters are awful. I’ve had mine stapled togeather once and today wrapped 5 or 6 times in Saran Wrap that I had to use sissors to remove when I got home.. Might be the last visit to this place if I wake up sick...

First time going to Prairie Donair and decided on a chicken Rice bowl, ok all’s good so then they asked what sauces. I asked for butter chicken , ok all’s good. When paying $9.95 I notice a special on the counter showing Butter chicken rice bowl 7.95???. Shows it smothered in cheese so I asked doesn’t mine get cheese, she states no? I hold up one of the little flyers and I said isn’t this what I’m getting? She states No....so correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t I in all reality just order a Butter chicken rice bowl or am I missing something. Is it because I order a chicken rice bowl and then only added the Butter chicken sauce that changed something🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️. Not good service to explain it to me. Wasn’t to impressed, rice bowl was good...
