Fritou Chicken and Valley Pizza — Restaurant in Regina

We went with our family in Fritou. Observed following noticable issues..

1-The service person who is taking order, is also making food , as there isn't any other person hired by Fritou then, it is waiting time super high.

2- Service guy looked and dressed up like western type however, he is simply from Bangladesh guy. His English is not good but he is trying to speak English with local English accent, that's okay...However, to make it easily understandable for him, we tried to communicate him in his local language, then he pretend in such a way that he doesn't know his local country language!!! So, then once we used our English in front of him, then he came to line and start talking us his local language as well. So, one simple advise for him, please don't do drama with people who has experienced in dealing with tons of people everyday.

3- Food is offered without any sauce, tasteless chick with FULL OF OIL!!!!! For less oily food lover or person having heart problem, indeed it is Not a place for you. Chick is completely fried...

4- Only Good thing, is Food is HALAL.

Owner should take these complaints seriously and take action, otherwise he will definitely loss his business and ultimately ends up with losses and widing up of his...

My husband and I went to this branch of yours since we liked the chicken, the first time we went there. But this time we were utterly disappointed at the service. There was no bath soap or paper towel in the ladies washroom to begin with. The floor was dirty as usual. But what was more disgusting this time was their rotten fried chicken that made us want to throw up. When we told the guy at the counter about the situation, he wasn't polite enough to apologize even and told us that he would bring fresh one. Unfortunately the one he brought after was exactly the same. It smelled so horrible that we did not eat it and returned it. Still not ready to apologize, he did not even bother to offer refund. We were forced to ask for refund, for which he hesitated at first but eventually refunded since he knew we were right about the rotten chicken. We are never going back...

First of all, let you know that I was big big fan for Fritou food. But not anymore. For last 4-5 times, we had horrible experience with the food quality. Every time we used to let them know about the problems, still we didn't loose hope for quality. But my last purchase was even worst. Chicken burger patties were extremely dry and couldn't even chew it. Had to throw half of the burgers (6 of them) without eating it coz couldn't chew at all. Boneless popcorn Chicken was also dry and had a bone in it. Forgot to put cheese in burger several times. Instead of Burger patties we had Chicken pieces in burgers once. Buns in burgers were not fresh, it falls apart when you try to have bite.
