I went to pick up the delivery order. First I asked at the window. She said come inside to pick up. I went inside gave them the order number , She asked to wait. Then another lady came , asked me the order number again, I gave her again, She asked me to wait then after 5 mins another new lady came , she again asked me the order number , I gave her again… Now their manager came and she was also confirming the order number again.This time I told them how many times you need to asked the order number, you can communicate within the team. Already 20 mins went over. The food was packed on the dispatched table getting cold for the delivery. I asked them for the name of the manager they said it’s not allowed to give the name. I called the manager for the name. She denied . I told her that it’s my right to know the name.She said do whatever you want .I took the pictures. She said she will sue me. Now you can check the professional and services. How they treat people ? I was highly surprised with their behaviour and not even informing the issue with the client. I feel like some sort of racism is going on . This is absolutely abusiveness. I am going to report this incident to the higher management soon as KFC is well know name in the market. I am not going there again...
Read moreWorst customer experience I’ve ever experienced. Order a bucket and was misinformed of what it came with as the girl at the till seemed new. When I went up after to ask where an item was the girl just said it came with 6 pieces of chicken. After a min I asked to speak with a manager who walked over looking annoyed I explained to her what happened. It’s not her fault I said she didn’t quite know but how are we going to fix this as I was missing an item I was informed came With the meal I ordered. She had nothing to say but that’s not what it comes with. Leaning on the counter not making eye contact. I have a few suggestions as to how I thought it could be fixed and all she could say was I can’t give you anything because that’s not what the meal comes with. The job of the manager is to fix Problems properly train staff and run the store. Her only solution was to take my chicken that we already touched throw it out and give what something else..... what a waste. Learn how to speak...
Read moreStealing money. I have called kfc customer service to put complaint through. You ask for A spicey mayo and they charge 3 times without telling me. I asked for receipt to check the reason for why my bill is slightly higher than usual for same order. Paid on VISA, after argument she asked for mayo back and scooped 2/3 portions out and gave me a refund of 60cents cash without receipt. Kept asking for receipt for 60 cents for proof and they refused it. Told me come inside store to discuss further that I refused to go You charge me in drive thru so solve my issue here. I choose drive thru so I don't have to go inside restraunt.
Its not about 60 cents but about stealing from people in drive thru thinking they will get away as people usually don't check receipts for minor charges and keep on driving after pick up. If they steal little out of every customer then they will get away with a big extra sum of money at...
