If I could give 0 stars I would. Good luck getting your meal if you have a gift card. Drove across the city on my lunch break to come here as I got a gift card for Christmas, the employees looked at me like I was an alien when I said I wanted to pay with a gift card. Linked my gift card to my Pita Pit rewards account, I genuinely don't understand how it didn't work like it makes 0 sense. Worker had to facetime her boss, basically telling me to kick rocks because it wouldn't scan. Even though after refreshing the app, with the balance obviously still showing, and proving it was on their app and not a screenshot. Waste of a lunch break and my time, so I guess now i'm stuck with a useless gift card? My partner and I had a horrible experience going to this location. Not only did we walk out with a bill for $41.94 and walk out with half our items we ordered. But we also had to drive all the way back as they completely ignored the phones, and when we got there, we were put behind someone that walked in after us and made to wait an extra ten minutes??? This is horrible customer service and we feel this should be looked into. Note she also tried to shovel the blame onto us by saying she was cleaning after and then remembered and walked out to see if we were there, and we were gone...

Skimpy on toppings as usual. Figured I would give them another try… I will spend my $25 elsewhere in the future.** update. Tried one last ditch effort again tonight. I bought 2 pitas for $26.84…… pita club had 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of Turkey and 2 slices of bacon. Every vegetable was skimped on. The weight of 2 pitas was 1 lb 6 oz.
