Trifon's Pizza — Restaurant in Regina

I’ve always noticed how the women working there are always on there phone which never really bothered me until today, when I ordered food the lady took my order like normal got my pizza, then put it down in front of her and proceeded to try and show her coworker something on her phone. I waited a little to not be rude, but then when she didn’t get off her phone I went up and asked for my order and she gave me my pizza. I had ordered pizza and fries so I asked for my fries as well too and she rolled eyes and said “two minutes”, then when my mom in the back gave her a confused look she went straight to the back and got the fries in less than 10 seconds and gave them to me. Worker shouldn’t be on their phone during work neglecting customers it isn’t...

Dry stale pizza, woman is rude and ignores everyone! Doesn’t even acknowledge people who are waiting… There is also a drink machine on the side of the counter and it isn’t clear whether staff or customer are responsible for filling the drink. She set the cup on the counter and did nothing, when I asked her if I should fill it she grunted without even looking at me. If it weren’t because my son was hungry and wanted pizza, I would have never come here. All the other stalls in this food court are run by friendly, hardworking families. This one doesn’t want business apparently so I will eat anywhere but here...

Bad customer service experience need more training. Ordered a coffee on the sign counter it said $1.05 they where going to charge me 1.55 - 250 for a Styrofoam cup of coffee. It took me a half an hour to get the proper service for my 2 pizzas and they ran out an other half an hour again. Worst customer...
