We went to this restaurant today. I had made reservations. When we got there the reservation wasn’t even in the right name sat down and waited for the waitress. She came and took our order and returned with the wine 🍷 that had been spilled all over the tray and proceeded to put the dirty glass on the table. Then we didn’t see her for about 30 minutes when she came and repeated our order (this is were I knew that the order had not been placed yet) didn’t see her again after that. When finally after 1hour and 23 minutes I finally got up to ask if our order was almost ready. She said we’re really busy and I advised her that 5 tables that came in behind us have already been served. This is when the owner himself came and attacked me like a 4 year old child with all kinds of excuses.( Dear Sir. When you own a business you apologize for the inconvenience ask the person to please wait I understand you’ve been waiting a long time let me go and see what is happening.) People are upset when they see all new people getting served and you’re still waiting. I then again had to wait for my bill because I did pay for the wine 🍷. When the waitress came and cashed me out she advised me that the owner often takes tables when it’s busy and his customers ( that just came in) get served first. Everyone that was outside on the patio were all eating and drinking and when we got there at 5:30 there was NOBODY outside. This will be the last time I will ever go to your restaurant and please stop acting like a child when someone tries to get proper service or eventually you’ll have to close your doors.

I only gave the food 1 star because I never got the...

I ordered the chicken gyro platter, and I must say the sandwich was delicious. The pita was fresh and soft, tearing apart with the least pressure, and the carved chicken slices were crispy and charcoaly and we're absolutely delicious and tender. This is the first time I've ever had that in a gyro style sandwich and I am thoroughly impressed.

The Greek potatoes aren't what I expected. When I hear about Greek potatoes I think of lemon rosemary flavours. These potatoes tasted more of red wine vinegar, oregano, and something spicy, like cayenne powder. On their own they're delicious, just not what I was hoping for when I ordered since it was my first time there. It won't prevent me from ordering the same next time too, though.

The Greek salad is pretty perfect, with large chunks of seasoned feta. My only complaint might be that it could use another tablespoon or two of dressing.

We had a spanakopita for the table, and it was perfectly crispy. The filling was loaded with spinach and feta, very well seasoned but lacked maybe a spritz of acid. Next time I get some I'll ask for an extra edge of lemon to get it.

The home made tzatziki is probably the best tzatziki I've had, at least the best that I can remember. So that was pretty amazing all around.

My only complaints are that it would have been nice to get water refills faster, and the music was a little loud. It was hard to hear each other without speaking fairly loudly. Other than that, the place looks great and the service was very good. Thank you...

First, I’d like to share that I have been a waitress in the restaurant industry And understand what service means. What happened tonight was one of the poorest experiences I have ever had.

My husband and I arrived about 4:55 pm this evening and we were the SECOND table in the entire restaurant. We ordered an appetizer which was brought to us within 10 minutes and we had ordered our main meal at that time which was pork Souvlaki.

An HOUR later The restaurant was full and we still had NOT received her dinner. We’d asked our waiter multiple times with the status was considering they were bringing meals out to other tables that arrived after us. To see everyone being served around us and our waiter walking by without giving any honest feedback or updates is completely unacceptable.

He was dishonest and at no point if you tell us the truth about what was happening other than sorry for the wait it will be a shortly.

Finally at 5:55 I asked to speak to the manager who finally came to the table and he tells us that they had run out of pork. At NO point did anyone give us this explanation nor ask if we wanted a different meal possibly chicken ) or even get a top up to our drinks?

Very disappointed, not only at the waiter but the owner as well. Honesty with customers will get you a long way. Terrible 😣 word of mouth is powerful. It’s too bad it will be a...

Chicken Souvlaki Platter, 2 stick, extra tzatziki. This is my favourite of all favourites. Every. Single. Time. To adequately describe my love for this meal(the only one I can speak to because I haven’t been able to try anything else, because it’s all I ever wanted), is not possible. Here I am stuck between wanting to really review all of the things that I love about it, thus making it a really in depth review, but am overwhelmed by what a task this will be to break down. So here goes: Presentation: divine, my mouth waters at the scrumptious freshness and bright beautiful colours. Smell: sensational, salivary glands sent into high gear with sight and smell. The Salad: I love how chunky they cut everything up, I break things down as I please and everything feels more fresh when not diced too small. Always nice amounts of feta which I break up and sprinkle on everything (rice, potatoes, souvlaki and salad). The rice: delicious, perfect accompaniment to everything else Potatoes: delicious, tender beautiful Souvlaki: grilled to absolute perfection, tender and juicy, deliciously seasoned. Tzatziki: best I’ve ever had. Need extra. I dip everything in it. Perfect texture/consistency, seasoning. Everything is completely balanced in harmony. I think about this meal almost daily.

We enjoyed a delicious supper here on our vacation through historic and scenic Renfrew. There was ample street parking. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance with summer dining outside along the quaint, clean and friendly downtown. Our waitress Ellie (sp?) Was new, friendly and attentive. The ambience and decor were really nice, a bit dark, but with everything looking brand new. The menu is varied and the adults chose Greek menu items which were delicious. One criticism is that there is not a kid menu, but we took the extras "to go". The waitress checked in twice during the meal and so did the owner! Very impressive service with zero complaints. Price was average. I also loved that they had a localcraft beer in cans. 5 Stars, and very happy with our choice.

During our recent vacation in Renfrew, I had my first taste of Karras Way, and it was a delightful experience. The food was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. I opted for the Spanakopita platter, which featured a light and crispy pastry that was simply delicious with potatoes and rice. My partner chose the souvlaki dish accompanied by potatoes and Greek salad, and it was so good that I couldn't resist stealing a bite! The portions are generous, making them perfect for sharing. The service was top-notch, with our waitress being friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Whether you're there for lunch or dinner, it's a fantastic dining experience, and I must say, they serve the best baklava I've ever had!
