On 3/19 I went in to pickup an order, just as I walked in my order was being prepared. The food preparation area came into my view after taking a few steps forward, allowing me to watch on as my meal was being made. To my surprise, the person preparing my order was not wearing gloves while touching every ingredient of my burger. In addition to this, for some reason the cashier, who handles money, budded in on the "cook" and also started touching my burger followed by placing it in its packaging without gloves. I could not believe my eyes. I looked through other reviews to see if this happened before, and it did as noted by another guest a month ago. I am extremely disappointed in this restaurant and wished it would be better as it is close to my place. I recently visited A&W and had an exceptionally positive experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the cashier. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. The cashier was not only welcoming but also extremely helpful in guiding me through the menu and answering all my questions with patience and enthusiasm.

The service was prompt and efficient, and the cashier went above and beyond to ensure that my order was accurate and to my liking. It's rare to find such dedicated and customer-oriented service these days, and it made my visit to A&W truly enjoyable.

I LOVE A&W I’m so happy a location opened up near my house ! We have been here at least once a week! I always get the Teen burger lettuce wrapped no cheese extra pickles with sweet potato fries, and my boyfriend loves his Teen burgers also my kids love their cheese burgers. So we had the chance to dine-in yesterday and the experience was immaculate! Vanshkia made us feel like we were at a 5 star restaurant her service was amazing very attentive and friendly, she made us feel super comfortable.
