Aira Sushi has become my go-to spot for takeout, and every time I place an order, I am consistently impressed. The freshness and quality of the sushi, especially the fish, are exceptional. You can taste the care and precision that goes into sourcing such high-quality ingredients, which is a huge plus for any sushi lover. The fish is always fresh, tender, and melts in your mouth, making every bite a delight.
The sushi pieces are generous in size, which I greatly appreciate. The portions are satisfying, and the rice-to-fish ratio is balanced. However, if I had one wish, it would be that there was a little more fish than rice. This isn’t a major issue by any means, just a small personal preference to elevate the experience further. That said, the flavours are always on point, and each piece feels thoughtfully crafted.
The service when I pick up my orders is always friendly and professional. The staff is polite and efficient, making the whole process seamless. It’s great to know I can rely on them to get my food quickly and with a smile. It’s clear that the team takes pride in providing great customer service, which always makes the experience that much more enjoyable.
While I primarily order takeout, I’ve heard rave reviews about their all-you-can-eat option, and I think I might give it a try next time. If the quality of their all-you-can-eat menu matches the standard of their takeout, I can imagine it being a fantastic option for sushi lovers like myself.
Overall, Aira Sushi offers a consistently satisfying and enjoyable experience. From the freshness of their sushi to the friendly service, they have proven themselves to be one of the best in the area. I’ll definitely continue ordering from here, and I’m looking forward to trying their all-you-can-eat menu soon. Highly recommend!

Read moreI'm very saddened to write this review after a horrific experience ordering through Uber Eats last night. I had positive a experience eating in the restaurant for all you can eat 2 years ago. I was in a bad accident last year, I still have to use my wheelchair. I have no choice but to order through these apps. I began ordering a lot from here through Uber Eats, and I was very impressed. Large portions and they would respect my food allergies. This had become my go-to place and I've spent hundreds to thousands of dollars ordering from here.
Last night after a long day in the hospital, I tried to order some food. They called me immediately and demanded I cancel my order, refusing to make it as all of a sudden "I had too many allergies". Uber would not allow me to cancel the order without paying for it still, I had to go back and forth calling the restaurant, then they insisted I change my order which again Uber would not allow me to do. I don't know why they wouldn't just cancel it on their end. I agreed to a different dish they were prepared to make me, it's not what I wanted but I was desperate for food and I could not afford to pay the full price to cancel and place another order.
I was sick all night I did not sleep at all. I'm incredibly ill and I had to miss my appointments today. I have to go to the hospital. I had in the past consistently given them five star reviews on ubereats, I don't understand why they did this and what happened last night. Ubereats will not help me, and refuse to give me a refund. This was a small order, especially compared to the orders I've generally made and the amount of money I've spent on this restaurant...
Read moreSomeone in the review said that this is the best AYCE sushi in GTA. I’m sure this is the first place they tried. I ordered samon rice combo on UberEats from them a while ago and it was surprisingly good, generous portion. So I wanted to try to dine in. Let me tell you, the sashimi was not fresh. The steak was burned and had weird smell. In the midst of it, I had to run into the washroom and vomited the whole thing.
The lady, who I assumed the owner, has an attitude from the beginning. When I came out, I told her I didn’t want any of those and I will order desserts. She said ok! After that she took my tablet away! Until I wanted more dessert. I hardly had anything in my stomach at that point. She was frowned upon me and threw the tablet on my table. When I ordered the second round of dessert, she deliberately cut down on my order.
Later I was so disoriented that I didn’t look at the receipt. The price was 38$ all day & she rushed me out and took my tablet and gave me the sketchy glare. On top of it, she added extra fee. And the funniest of all, I gave her 15% tip. I’m serious her eyes were latched onto the handheld machine that her hand pushed my phone into a mess.
I went home that night with high fever and in the morning, I was administered into ER. Doctor said I had food poisoning.
I will contact health department and request for a video from this restaurant. They have to get taken out of business. This is the dirtiest, lowest practice to scam your customers. They literally feed us...
