I had a rather upsetting visit today. The store wasn't busy it was just me and kids. I wasn't done placing my order just received my 3 cups of ice cream and wanted to buy a fresh pint. The staff told me she can't do it right now as she has other customers. There was only a lady behind me and what if the customer after me had asked for a pint? I am trying to put my visit in concept but I can't. I have been to this location since my kids were really young and I have greeted the owner many times too. On busy times we patiently wait for customers ahead of us to finish there orders and never have I heard them being asked or told that there is a customer behind you. I myself am very accommodating and if I saw the store remotely busy with a single staff handling I would ask her to take the next customer if it's a small order. Anyhow, its done I walked out without a pint feeling rather hurt as never ever have I been in this situation. If the staff is new maybe kindly tell her that its one customer at a time and not everyone is like me who just kindly pay for order and leave with a tear stuck in her throat as to why I couldn't get my pint.

Perhaps you can view your camera and hear my conversation. Before even that option she had told me about the next customer. I have always alway's bought that pint for my mother from your location and this is the first I heard. Furthermore, as a customer who lost $42 due to your irresponsible staff, I have the right to mention their names. Besides, when I called the day before, they told me I could bring it back and get a new one. But when I went there, they said they wanted to “fix” the melted ice cream and give it back to me? How cheap, dishonest, and disgusting is that?!
Also, why should I remain silent about the irresponsibility of your store staff, who should have explicitly informed me that the cake needed to be kept in the freezer? This has nothing to do with whether the customer is an adult or not—it is the responsibility of your staff to clarify that this is not just a cake but mostly ice cream, which will melt if stored in the refrigerator!
By the way, my daughter’s appreciation comment was because of your salesperson’s insistence that she leave a good review and five stars! (Probably all five star comments are custom!) But on her birthday, when they themselves had said to bring the previous melted cake to replace it, they shamelessly lied and said that we want to fix the melted cake for you! They upset my daughter on her birthday and broke her heart and not only did they not apologize for their irresponsibility, but they also became creditors! Service and scoop size suck. For the price put some strength in those scoops! It doesn't hurt to smile , this place is already extremely unreasonablely priced for average families, the least you and your staff can do is ensure you get served a decent portion and pleasant service. I don't know who the manager is but all your staff need additional customer service training from the women and the one man....all of you!!!! There is no way ur serving 4ounces...measurement classes needed as well. Stop being so cheap with the ice cream just because you are newly renovated. Customers don't have to pay for it!
Sir/madam now what you are writing is untrue. I've been there with my family and alone and not once have I seen any of your staff weigh the ice cream! That's absolutely ridiculous. I hope in the future your staff will weigh ice cream ad have customer service skills...
