This so-called fast food outlet is slower than any restaurant in town. They routinely discriminate against the customers on the counter, always giving priority to the drive-thru and online customers who never have to wait 15 minutes unlike me. Every week Monday I order potato wage and get refused 3 out of 4 times. Recently they took my order via credit card, but suddenly said they can't deliver it because they have to give priority to their online customer! I must wait 15 minutes or take the refund! I protested and the manager lady showed up offering me coffee or other items. I said its for my son who is autistic and doesn't eat anything else. They didn't damn care. Previously, they offered me stale hard wages for less money because they want to save money by not putting fresh wages on oven and throw it out after certain times as per rules. I complained about this outlet to Tim Horttons customer service before and said franchise can't refuse to sell any item routinely. This is not a mom & pop shop and we expect service capacity of an international chain. A gas station outlet must give priority to the customers at the counter, but they do the opposite, probably by judging customer's skin color or race. If you are not a Chinese or white, you won't get their attention. It is absurd that they can only deliver wages to 1 customer in every 15 minutes! It's a shame that Tim Horttons management don't read Google reviews and take any action to maintain their...
Read moreI placed an order at the drive through TH, located in the gas station on the SW corner of the Bayview Avenue and High Tech Rd. . I ordered 3 combo sandwiches including two teas and one coffee, two english muffins, 1 bagel belt and hashbrowns. I initially requested teas with two sugar each but I changed my mind before completing my order and asked the person to have the sugars on the side. Sammy who took my order said they have already made the teas and they cannot change it and I accepted. I went to pick up the orders and noticed there is no hashbrowns. I asked for the hashbrowns but he said he didn't charge us for combos and he cannot add hashbrowns. I said, it's fine, add 3 hashbrowns and I'll pay for them. He got so angry and said, I have other customers to serve, you should come in the store and place your order in the store. We asked to see the manager but he said he is the supervisor himself and there is no manager. Then he started saying "get out" and raised his voice. He said "get out" probably 10 times. We started video taping what was going on but he didn't care. He was the only staff with no mask on. We also noticed he had given us a wrong sandwich instead of the bagel belt. It was the first time I receivedthis type of customer service at TH. It seems this branch doesn't care about customer service and needs more supervision. I'll share the video on social media and write Google reviews so that other people don't experience the same...
Read moreLady taking drive thru orders was rude. I was there today and she messes up my order. The steep tea was only water and milk. The iced coffee was missing sweetner. She was rude taking the orders and yelled to drive up when I was confirming the order. I went back to correct it and told her she messed up. She had an attitude, shoved the correct Steep tea and refused to fix the iced coffee. She also refused to stay and talk and made her colleague (who was nice and understanding) at the window deal with everything. There was also a guy yelling at the back saying the ice coffee is fine. Without checking or trying.Overall a horrible experience. No matter how frustrating your job is, you should take customer complaint and try to work for a solution. Being rude and dismissive of your mistake is unprofessional. I feel bad for the other woman working at the window. As she had no fault and had to be the one listening to us. The other two were plain rude and did not care at all. They left her by herself...
