I placed an online order for pickup and went inside to inform the employee. Instead of a simple acknowledgment, he rudely dismissed me, telling me to “go sit and wait.” I ignored his tone and watched my sandwich being made—something I genuinely enjoy as part of the experience.
While preparing my order, the employee initially tried to make another customer’s sandwich alongside mine without changing his gloves, despite the fact that our meats were completely different. Thankfully, by the time my bread was toasted, he had not touched the meat for another customer.
However, the real issue started when I asked for more spinach and extra sauces—which were already specified in my order. The moment I made the request, he snapped at me aggressively, saying, “Go sit down! Why are you standing here watching?” When I calmly responded that I liked seeing my food being made, he mocked me and said, “I’ll decide later if I even want to add more spinach.”
When he started adding sauces, I politely asked for more—a completely reasonable request. Out of nowhere, he screamed at me in an unprofessional, hostile manner. His tone was so aggressive that I was genuinely shocked and even felt intimidated. There was another customer in the store, and I was deeply embarrassed and humiliated.
At that point, I confronted him, asking, “Is this how you talk to customers?” Only then did he slightly calm down, but his attitude remained disgusting. Even after all that, when he finally handed me my order, he sarcastically said, “Next time, just wait at the pickup counter and don’t stand here watching.”
The audacity of this employee was unbelievable. I responded, “And next time, don’t bother coming to work if this is how you treat customers.” He just laughed.
This experience was absolutely unacceptable. The employee’s behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely ruined my experience. I have never felt so disrespected and embarrassed at a restaurant before. If this location allows employees to behave like this, it speaks volumes about their management.
DO NOT go here if you expect basic courtesy, respect, or decent service. I won’t be returning.

I understand that coupons may not be accepted at all locations, but they scanned the coupon, let me pay, and then completely ignored the coupon's existences afterwards.
