Hero Certified Burgers — Restaurant in Richmond Hill

My family has been going to Hero Burgers hundred times. Nothing went worse but this location. As we opened the door, a smell of,burnt parties flown in to our noses. Everyone seemed like going to an outdoor BBQ. Cleanliness and service were on par. After the staff delivered the food to us, we unwrapped the packaging and immediately found that all the portions were smaller, from the beef patties to the fries and poutine. The 4 oz patties were like a 2 oz. We ordered 2 signature burgers and 1 junior's. 4 oz were like 2 oz sizes and the junior's was like a miniature size. All patties were dried, luke warm. I wondered were they all precooked and sat on the chef table for ten-ish minutes.Sauce was not enough and no lettuce in the bun. The poutine was Luke warm and only 2/3 in size compared to what we usually had in other stores. Fries was also smaller than usual. This was the FIRST TIME my teenage son couldn't finish the meal. He was so hungry before he went into the restaurant but the qualities of the food just upset his stomach and he only are half of the meal and put the remaining to garbage. With service, we had to ask for ketchup and more napkins. How could a family of 4 could consume 2 pieces of napkins for a meal??? We had to wait for the food to put on tray even we saw our order was done and ready by the kitchen window for minutes. Why? The one and only one cashier went to washroom talking to someone with the business phone. I didn't know what's wrong with this restaurant location but I definitely would not come back to that again and OBVIOUSLY NOT RECOMMED...

This location is the worst one anyone can go to. It was my first and last time coming here, the place is so dirty and disgusting I don't think the tables have ever been cleaned!! One of the worst customer services ever the employees are extremely unprofessional and rude. The girl behind the cash taking the orders was so rude and ignorant it was obvious she hates being there no smile no friendliness whatsoever. The other girl working in the back preparing the food made me feel SO uncomfortable from the minute I stepped in to when I left she was staring at me like a damn hawk zombie without blinking instead of focusing on her job and preparing the food this girl is staring right in my soul as if she hasn't seen a human being in her life anymore even though I kept looking at her to make her understand to stop staring at me!!!!!! Yet she still continued to stare for absolutely NO reason whatsoever, what is this sorcery I'm the customer and I'm supposed to be greeted politely and feel welcome. On top of everything the service is extremely slow waited 20 minutes for the damn food to be ready and the food was not even well put together very sloppy was not worth the money AT ALL!! Extremely disappointed and shocked I don't understand how these people are still in business, honestly save your money and go...

This is by far the stingiest location I've ever been to. Not only that but customer service here is ricidulous. There's usually a very long wait to cook the food so I decided to call in my order so I don't have to wait there. Lady picked up the phone and put me on hold 3 separate occasions because she needed to tend to people in front of her. Probably a good 5 minutes before my order was completely taken down. Went to pick up the food and asked for extra ketchup because I use alot of ketchup and only noticed one pack in the bag. Said she cannot hand out another one because it's standard to only give one with each order of fries. Asked for ketchup and mustard on the burger and got two droplets. The saddest looking burger...
