Waiter who served us had a bad attitude. He wasn't welcoming and was blunt on all questions we asked. We came on Christmas Eve at 7:30pm. Restaurant supposed to close at 9:30pm. At 8:30pm, we were still eating, and he tried to pack stuff up for us! We stopped him. Then he came back a few minutes later to try to pack and I stopped him again. He then came back in a few minutes again. At 8:45pm, while I was still eating, he started packing our left over regardless to rush serving the dessert. He said usually the restaurant is empty by 9pm (that's your problem). Then I realized there was still a big group in a room. Why rushed the guests? There's still another 45 mins before you the restaurant is officially closed.

Honestly, food was not bad. But service was unacceptable. I would never come back to this restaurant. If it's not before Christmas, I would have yelled at them.

Horrible answers to questions: Question: I saw this dinner set online, is it available? Answer: Not available. Only these that I brought are served. Even if you find that set in other menu, I won't placed the order for the dinner set you want, the chef will not make it for you.

While the guy was packing the food while I was eating... Question: What's the dessert for tonight? Answer: It's red bean soup. Question: Can you make sure it's hot? Answer: Heat it up hot again? If you don't get it now, I don't think you'll even get it. Kitchen is closing (implying no heating).

It turned out the red bean soup is completely watered down. It's the worst I've ever tasted.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had in any Chinese restaurant in GTA for the 30+ years I...

If I can gave 0/5 I would have. We ordered some dim sum during lunch. We waited for 30 minutes and food did not come. It’s weird because normally dim sum food is quick to cook and serve. Asked politely for ETA of our food the older lady from the counter said food was in progress and food should arrive. I was getting very hungry so I had to buy something small at Tim Hortons while waiting. 10 minutes later, food still did not come, while other customers who came later than us got their food. We decided to leave and told the waiter that we are leaving and we will pay for our dim sum pp and tea fee. The waiter said there is no need as they have already cancelled our order before us reaching to them. We heard the older lady with the glasses (that worked at the counter) quietly badmouthing us about not ordering enough and we were cheap. Overall, staff were rude, stingy and unprofessional.

A Tip for everyone: Order their set menus or dishes that are minimum $67 plus (I think the $67 set menu is their cheapest set menu so far) and you will be served very very well and quickly. Anything less you will be treated like how we were treated. Forget about customer service. And you will be lowest in priority, not first come first serve.

What’s very unfortunate was that I have been here 2 times. Food was decent, but customer service was borderline mediocre. Was coming back for the food NOT the customer service.

Was also planning to take our family here soon and spend over $100, but will never come here. I will be spending this...

Seafood is excellent at this restaurant. It is in par with yu seafood and fisherman lobster house.

The steamed and deep fried king crab was fresh and moist. Not dry at all. So flavorful as well. The vermicelli noodles beneath that king crab was like heaven. So saucy it slurrped up all that garlicky crabby green onion nectar of the crab gods. I'm not a huge fan of the salted egg yolk coating for the deep fried king crab dish but I salute the chef to the skill involved with making that dish so well.

King crab with steamed egg was so soft and sweet and salty deliciousness. Super jiggly.

Seacumber claypot was delicious with tons of garlic, ginger and onions.

Sweet and sour pork was crunchy and flavorful. I like the fact that they added these pickled onions that definately makes this dish different than your run of the mill sweet and sour pork.

The chicken was solid.

The duck was a huge highlight. It was so smokey and flavorful. It was like it was marinated for 100 years and then served to us.

Veggies and king osyster mushrooms were good.

The noodles at the end were so mushroomy. Don't think I have had such a flavoured Yee mein before.

The fried rice was definately solid as well.

Every dish was served fresh and hot. We were in and out after 2 hours.

I would hit this again in...

It was our first time coming here after I saw a Tiktok recommendation and it was absolutely 10/10! Our server was attentive, told us everything we needed to know about the menu, gave us napkins unprompted and came over to check on my Dad when he had a coughing fit (lol) which was more than I could ever expect from a Chinese restaurant. The service alone would have made me give a 5 star review. However, the food was also simply amazing. Albeit a little on the pricier side, the portions were definitely worth it. We ordered the beef brisket pho, pork in peking sauce, braised tofu with veggies, and the pork and chicken with rice and garlic sauce, and the star of the show: the french toast cubes. Everything came out steaming hot and perfectly seasoned, but the french toast was crisp and crunchy, drizzled in condensed milk. Will absolutely be returning for this dish. All in all, for our first time they definitely convinced me to have a return visit.

Came here for the 1st time with my cousin who rarely gets to try authentic Chinese cuisine along with a family friend! I was greeted by wonderful modern decor and friendly staff members who always ensured our food was served continuous and on-time, refilled our teapots and ice water, as well as changing our plates!Every order looked very scrumptious and carefully prepared both presentation-wise (judging by the slicing and arrangement) and by its taste. The ingredients used in every dish tasted very fresh which enhanced the quality of their food. They were so generous with dessert and offered us sweet coconut flake puffs AND bean soup! I’d definitely recommend reserving a table here to secure your spot as it can get quite busy towards 6 pm on a typical working day 😁

First time here - food is very good. You can find your typical HK gourmet cuisine done well. We ordered lobster 4 ways. It came with a steamed lobster, stir fried lobster in Maggi sauce, steamed egg and fried rice. We also supplemented with veggies, duck and fried chicken. Of course we had to try their sweet and sour pork. All in all a very enjoyable meal. Service on the other hand needs improvement. Our food took so long to come out. We literally sat for 40 minutes before the first dish came out. And they also gave us a dish that was meant for another table. Another thing worth noting is that the noise level is too high, almost unbearably so. Not sure if it’s the acoustics but everything is just amplified. Not conducive to easy conversations.
