Cafe Garni — Restaurant in Richmond Hill

What awful service,it was our first visit this place I was shocked for the service. One guy was running the whole cafe,running back an forth, even he wasn't trained how to take order and what we were getting was different. we ordered regular coffee what we got something like Turkish coffee and we couldn't drink it. I hope the owner will understand the concern since this is the second type of business and first was the same, lack of attention and supervision. After being the customer of Garni bakery for so many years, I have decided to take my persian friends who came from Europe to this cafe. It was very disappointing to all of us. Very unprofessional staff which was way far from what you expect from customer service in Canada! We asked for 3 different beveragesfor one of us. They had none of them. The barista told us what we chose are a summery drink. I told them if that's the case, cover the summery drink in the menu so that people know what options they can choose. Suddenly, he said, why your friend doesn't order a coffee?!! The other 2 of us ordered latte and Turkish coffee. The latte did not look and taste like a real latte. Both my friends got very upset. My friend and I went here for the first time, we had heard about cafe Garni from friends before. The food menu was a bit expensive. Just a few options for sweets in the fridge.The whole time we had breakfast, the waitress didn't come to us at all or ask if we need anything or even refill tea or coffee , They didn't care about the customer at all. But the food was good, I liked the taste of food.the service was very poor compare of other cafe....
