This Harvey's is nice and quiet but also very spacious. The staff are super friendly and efficient. There's also ample parking in the plaza as it's in the plaza across from Silver City (same plaza as Milestones).

So back in the 90's, I used to frequent the very first, ORIGINAL Harvey's location at Yonge and Observatory Lane. That was when Harvey's was at its peak so to speak. I would order a burger, onion rings and get some Church's chicken too (which is super underrated btw).

Anyways, somewhere around 2010, Cara Operations (the parent company of Harvey's) started tampering w/ the burger patty recipe because it tasted VERY different. Almost as if there was soy protein added or something. Fast forward, to 2013 to 2014-ish the angus burger was unveiled and after trying that I've never looked back.

A lot of ppl (including my parents) tell me they can't taste the difference between the classic burger and the angus. But it's very apparent. The angus burger meat is WAY beefier, WAY juicier and doesn't have that "soy" aftertaste to it.

Whenever I see an angus meal deal pop up on my Flipp mobile app, I'm usually jumping on it because at this location the service is great (no attitude given if I want to overload my burger w/ toppings and sauce) and the food is prepared well (fries and onion rings are always crispy).

I do agree w/ fellow reviewer, Brenda H though. It's a shame they are partnered w/ PepsiCo. The only pepsi product I actually like is Mountain Dew (specific flavours only too). Brisk iced tea is better than Nestea but I pick it only because pepsi-zero is nasty (coke-zero is the GOAT).

P.S. some of this resto's early reviews mentioned a grumpy, old lady at the register. Management/ownership must've changed because the last couple of times I came it...

This place is amazing with the night staff, which I have been seeing for about 3 years now. That being said, today was the first time I ordered something with the afternoon crew, and immediately regretted even spending my money. Not only did the cashier not hear my order correctly, but got some of it wrong and also assumed some of the order. This lack of understanding then continued on with the line. The server failed to hear when I said one burger was finished and almost put the wrong topping on it, which is where I elevated my tone in case the mask was muffling the sound (which is unlikely due to every other place hears me clear and crisp), to be told not to "yell". This is when I stated in the same volume I am not yelling just raised to hear. She kept insisting I was yelling (which made me almost show her what me yelling was), but a few new customers walked in, and I work in a restaurant (not fast food) and know the importance of keeping a peaceful atmosphere regardless of what is happening. At this point though, I was aggressive vocally due to knowing there was no way this could be resolved in store. Which is utterly disappointing due to Harvey's striving for great quality food, and this location's afternoon staff has, with this one experience, soured me from every ordering from this location again. Food is good! Do not get that wrong. I just do not want someone's pleasant day being ruined like...

Visited during day time, during day time it was perfect, nicely grilled patties, very well fried friesand nuggets. It was what i wanted, and due to satisfaction i returned same store next night.

But it seems during night time i guess store is not supervised and it was not as organized as day time. Fries and nuggets were all burnt and Patties were all burnt, i mean not grill burn but charcoal like burn. Fried foods were all burnt dry and dark colored rock hard.

Only person i saw with plastic gloves were old asian lady who were wrapping sandwhich. person who were grilling patties and buns had no gloves touching her head and all and touching buns again. Also the others were out of gloves packing food unwashed hands.

If you were to visit this location, go there during day time when staff are supervised.

4 stars because it was perfect while supervised. Its not...

Took advantage of their coupon special. 2 Angus burgers, 2 sides, 2 sodas for only $16. Burgers grilled fresh to order, toppings of your choice, went with the Harvey sauce Burgers had nice grilled crusty edges. Toppings were fresh. Harvey's known for their pickle toppings, instead of the sliced round pieces you normal receive on a burger, you get 2 large horizontally slices neatly placed cross wise on your burger. Meat, bun, toppings ratio just perfect. Fries, onion rings were also freshly made, nice compliment to your burgers. No unlimited soft serve drink fountains though. Staff were friendly and efficient Great place for a quick meal

The guy that is cooking the burgers is doing so without any gloves on. This is disgusting and unsanitary. He picks up the buns, places the meat and cheese, then hands over the burgers with his bare hands to the people at the assembly line while touching all frying equipment infront of him. Here he is grabbing raw meat and separating it from the papers while digging his fingers into the patties before placing the meat on the grills. NO GLOVES!. On top of that he is wearing his street clothes, no uniform. I don't know what management is running this place. Corporate should look into this.
