We have given this spot so many chances over the past 18 months and have communicated it very clearly to them through words and pictures that their food is not fresh. Still, they continue to let us down. We have come to the unfortunate conclusion that they are ok with serving people near expired and stale food because it either keeps costs down or they are just flat out lazy.
If you are one of the lucky ones who received a freshly made burger from them, we bow to you!!! How we long for that taste that we thought that “HERO BURGER” would be. Imagine what the original hero burger owner said to himself when he bit into that one burger that he convinced himself would be worth franchising out to share with business owners and customers of the world.
In a period of 18 months (which include pickup, dine-in, and uber delivery) we were served 14 stale\soggy burgers. We expect this from a midnight shift at McDonalds in the middle of nowhere, but not from a “slight” step above burger joint at 6 in the evening in Richmond Hill.

If you can’t afford to make your “buy one, get one”offers the exact same freshness as a regular order, TAKE IT OFF THE MENU INSTEAD OF SERVING HUMANS DOG FOOD. Have some pride or get into another business that you truly care about.

I didn't care for this but this is an example of irresponsibility of the staff - Guest wifi, tried many times but it does not work AT ALL. Asked them about it and they keep telling me "oh you must wait for a pop-up window", no shyte Einstein. No pop up window for daysssss. I asked them what they are connected to and they tell me they are also connected to the guest wifi, I ask them to show me and they refused. A simple apology would do, but instead they tell me "oh it is too technical for me", funny it wasn't technical when they told me that a pop up window is needed to connect to it :)

Read moreThe people working today tried to sneak an overcharge on us. Took extremely long with only 4 people in the restaurant. When asking for a refund because we had not received our food yet. They argued with us over it demanding a reason. I tried to be polite but had to raise my tone as the cook. Who came out with her gloves on touching everything. Tried to tell me she couldn't refund me because it was wasting food and "food was her god." Trying to use her culture to guilt trip me. Disgusting customer service, if I have not received my food or even if I had and had not eaten it, I am entitled to a refund.
DO NOT EAT HERE UNHYGIENIC AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
