I don't understand how a "fast food" shop can be so slow during the time the lunch hour rush should be happening. We got there around 12pm and there were two orders ahead of us and they were already waiting for food. So we went straight to cash and had no issues getting our coupon combo and getting our cups for drinks. Look to sit down...and the first table is dirty with dried bits of lettuce and other assorted things that have fallen out of the last diner's food. Next table is a bit cleaner but still not too great. We wait and sip on our slightly watered drinks and finally the other two who are waiting get their food. I get up and head to the counter to wait where four more people, who have arrived after us, are waiting for their order. I hear the number after ours, it's a small bowl, maybe that's why it's done first. It can happen. Then the next number after gets called...their order is about the same as mine...okay what gives? The expediter sees me waiting and calls back to the guy making the food asking for my order. He says it's done. He comes back with more and the next number gets called and the guy picking it up goes over with his friend "yeah that's me it's a big order" and grabs three bags to go. Expediter goes back and now shows him what she's waiting for and he asks her if someone is waiting...she calls my number. "Yup I'm right here". She comes and checks my ticket and goes back to tell him. He comes to me and asks to see my ticket...because she's lying? She didn't read it correctly? He has to verify for himself? Whatever his reason he takes my ticket, goes back and leisurely makes my food. 15-20 minute wait later I'm finally seeing a tray with my order. So i say out loud, "so 3 orders that came after mine came out first, what are you planning on doing about it?" An employee comes over does not identify himself but his nametag says "Terry" says there's nothing he can do. I reiterate that "3 other orders that came after have gone and I've been waiting for 15-20 minutes. What are they gonna do?" he says there's nothing he can do but he'll buy me a combo next time. I told him "why would i come back adter this?" he asked if i was looking for a refund. I said yes. He said he couldn't do it. I said that's not good enough and he said all he can do was buy me a combo next time. As far as i know he's just an employee so this is just an empty promise that means nothing. I said again that's not good enough. He pulls back the tray and says "do you want a refund?" i say i just want my money back. He tells the cashier to give me a refund. She gives me the cash and we leave. Such a waste of time. Didn't even take the watered down drinks. At that point, we just had enough. That place has been slow and under sub standard by kfc standards for years. But this is the first time we've waited that long and had that kinda issue with staff. It's time to cut ties and stop...
Read moreI went online order food at this location and e-mail mentioned the food will be ready at 8:53. I drove and arrived the store at 8:50. I tried to go into the store, door is locked, both doors are locked! I checked on google map and it says they are closed at 10. I saw all employees are having a meeting kind of thing. So I saw people line up at drive thru. I then drove to the drive thru, there are at least 2-3 cars in front of me and I’m right at the order station. They said hi and then disappeared. I waited for at least 5-8 minutes, there are 2-3 more cars now behind me. Finally there is a lady answered the call and I told her I have an online order and she said move to the next window. I then drove to the second window and the guy in glasses told me to park and wait at the front door, it is 9:05pm already. I parked at their front door until 9:20. I took some pictures because I see employees are inside the store and there is a man who is eating at a desk, it maybe a manager. Male. I called them and they said food will be soon ready. Then a guy brought my food outside from the store and I went into my car, then I found there is missing salad from my order and I have to call them again and no one answers the phone, I have to bang on the glass to get their attention. After all these, I went home and opened my burger and it is not the spicy crunch stacker it is just a regular spicy crunch burger. I will not recommend anyone to go to that location, clearly no one wants to work then they should change the store hours to close and missing salad which is 7 dollars and wrong burger item is just not acceptable. Shutting door before 8:50 is ridiculous because the business is still running until 10. I basically waited from 8:50 to 9:20 because of someone else’s lack of work incompetency !! I should have gone to McDonald’s instead. Their system is much more developed but I just wanted fried chicken, I will never go to that kfc and I will post a google review to warn other customers because I saw at least 4-5 groups of customers that want to go in...
Read moreThe quality of this location in terms of food and service has really gone down since COVID. I went to grab a quick dinner last night and waited in the drive thru line for at least 20 minutes, which I can still accept since they could have been busy.
I ordered a Chicken Bowl with no corn and also a value box from their Taco Bell menu. The staff member tells me they don't have chalupas, so I asked if I could change it to a Gordita instead, he informs me that they don't have that either. I ask what can I switch it out for and he says tacos, burritos or wraps so I asked for a hard taco.
I get to the window, more waiting. When he finally opens the window he repeats my order as one chicken bowl and two hard tacos. I tell him I wanted the value box, he immediately looks annoyed and asks if I can go inside to the front instead to which causes me annoyance cause I had already been sitting in my car for 20 minutes waiting. He asks if I ordered through the drive thru, I said yes and the person (not wanting to assume it was him) told me there was no chalupa so I switched it out for the hard tacos. Still annoyed, he responds with I already told you we don't have the value box. Which was not what he said at all.
At this point, I was tired and annoyed so I just paid for the chicken bowl and two tacos and went home. The tacos were poorly wrapped and all the stuffing fell out into the bag, the taco shell itself was stale and gave me stomach problems afterwards. The chicken bowl had corn but no cheese on it even though he repeated my order as no corn and I saw him making the chicken bowl through the window.
