I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location tonight around 10 p.m. I ordered a meal for myself and some items for my friend. When I went to ask politely for a mayo packet (since the condiment station was empty and there was no ketchup either), the staff member—specifically a girl working at the counter wearing blue shirt—responded very rudely, saying mayo isn’t free. I’ve never had to pay for one or two mayo packets at any other McDonald’s, and I found her tone completely unprofessional.
I asked again, explaining that I had ordered a meal, and she continued being rude. Later, I saw her go to the monitor to write something, so I reminded her that there was no ketchup either. She said she would refill it. I asked if I should wait, and she sarcastically asked, “Are you in a rush?” I told her I just wanted to eat my meal, which was already on the table.
I waited five more minutes, and no one came to refill the ketchup. Then she just looked at me, gestured with her eyes toward the ketchup station, and didn’t say a word. It felt dismissive and disrespectful. I had to go get the ketchup myself after all that waiting.
This is not how customers should be treated. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service and disappointed that the manager allows such rude behavior. Staff should be trained in basic respect and communication. I won’t be returning to this branch again.
Dear manager, Such a shame to have such staff at your...

I just kindly asked the difference between the McFlurry sizes, and with a lot of attitude, she respond “uh, the sizes”. Like YES, I obviously get the size is different… maybe I could have rephrased my question, but she could have also clarified or offered to show me the snack size and the regular size.
I was ordering two of these products and she messed up my order. When I clarified it, she gave me so much attitude “ but that’s not what you said.”
I clarified my order with her again and paid for the second product
Honestly, she is one of the rudest employees I have come across in a long time.
I have no idea how someone like that can be a manager.
I can appreciate that we can all make mistakes in our orders, but that does NOT give her the right to carry out such...

This morning I ordered pancakes for my daughter and what showed up was rock solid. Not warm, not frozen but completely dried out and hard. It felt like something that had been sitting around since yesterday.
This isn’t the first issue either. I’ve gotten partially frozen pancakes before and anytime I tried to add an extra bit to the order, it just never came.
With today’s experience though, I’m genuinely concerned this could make someone sick, especially kids. Evidently they don’t provide a quality check on their items.
I’ve reported the store, but if this helps anyone reading — be careful. If you have other options, I’d recommend going...
