This is by far the best Kung Fu Tea location you could visit. Upon entering the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Their selection was amazing, we had trouble deciding what to get. Darren was so accommodating in suggesting great options based on our preferences. He even went out of his way to have us sample the agar bubble topping as we've never had it before (soooo much better than tapioca or aloe vera chunks). We ordered the lychee tea with agar bubble, the rose latte, and the matcha latte - all were absolutely amazing. Their menu is so unique and the service was quick. Darren's team really care about this business and they show that every person that walks through the door matters. It's so refreshing to have customer service that isn't robotic or monotone. Their energy made the simple experience of ordering bubble tea so much more enjoyable.

Might I add that their shop interior is by far the best-looking I've seen from any other shop or bubble tea competitor. And it was spotless!!!

I recently visited Kung Fu Tea hoping for a pleasant bubble tea experience, but I was disappointed by both the quality of the drink and the cleanliness of the establishment.

Despite being indoors, I noticed an unsettling amount of dirt and debris around the seating areas, and the corners had a buildup of dust. The drink quality was mediocre, not quite living up to my expectations.

Additionally, I observed that employees who were in direct contact with food and beverages were not wearing gloves. At one point, an employee even accidentally touched my drink during preparation. For a place that handles consumables, I believe it's crucial to adhere to strict hygiene standards to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

I hope this establishment will take this feedback into account and improve both their service and cleanliness.
