Burger King — Restaurant in Richmond

Employees personal Body-Oder is horrendous Either they have extremely bad BO, or they smell as if the covered themselves in Perfume/cologne and swam in it for a week.

Tables are always dirty Contently mess up orders or tell you NO when you ask for something without a certain Item, an when asked why No, they simply say "Because we don't want to" Constantly cancel Skip/Uber orders and laugh about it especially when they are not busy (Pays to be able to other languages )

Kitchen is a mess and has dirt all over it (needs a good mop) Washrooms are covered in Urine and smell as if they rarely get cleaned and when they do its as if they used a can of Febreze and sprayed water around them an let it run off

Use to be a good BK location 2-3 years ago, Now the new generation kids working there rather pay attention to their phones and slack around and do nothing to...

I like this location, the service is great and the burgers are made well.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience on Tuesday, August 24th, 2021 around 8pm. We picked up our dinner from drive through and drove home to have a quick dinner. The fish patty in the Big Fish burger was over fried, crusty and rubbery. I couldn't take a bite without chewing it off. I ended up throwing the burger out. It was disgusting. It looked like they may have possibly refried the old fish patty again to make it look fresh.

We always ask for our fish patties to be made fresh, and don't mind waiting in the parking area, or going inside to pick it up. It just tastes better with a hot fish patty, cold tartar and lettuce.

If I ever decide to order from here again, I'll have to check the food before driving off.

What a disappointing dinner, night and...

do not order or dine in from here. i ordered two combos. one of the combos my whopper was missing. the other the lettuce tasted like it had pesticide on it. i got two poutines with both of them and the fries were flakey and obviously stale since they fell apart in my mouth before and after reheating them, not to mention there was NO cheese on one of them. when i picked up my order the guy at the desk was very sarcastic when i asked him if there was cutlery and napkins inside. he assured me there was, unfortunately when i got home there was neither. i'm not sure what was wrong with the fries but they tasted like burnt rubber, i had to throw out both of the poutines because i was worried about whatever bacteria was on them. pro tip burger king! wash your hands before you serve to loyal customers. 0/10 i will not...
