This is one of our regular spots for fast food burgers. We'll drive across town to come here. The staff are friendly and efficient, which makes the whole experience smooth. My child absolutely loves the free peanuts while we wait for our order. He could probably fill up on those alone.
The burgers are solid. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and you can customize them however you want. You can even ask for extra bacon and there's no additional cost! The fries come in those huge portions that always seem like too much but somehow we manage to finish them. The prices aren't cheap, but given the quality and size, it feels reasonable compared to other places.
The location can get busy during dinner. Sometimes the wait is a bit longer than you'd expect for fast food, but the staff handle the rush pretty well. One thing that can be frustrating is when you order multiple items for different people, the food isn't always clearly marked, so you have to figure out which burger is which.
It's definitely a step up from typical fast food chains, though you do pay for that difference. If you're looking for a straightforward, quality burger and don't mind spending a bit more, this spot delivers...
Read moreFirst off the person taking my order she was just so rude about it but I was like alright it's still five guys it's gotta be amazing right but no oh how I was so far from the truth. We eat our food which was a bacon cheeseburger with everything on it like ravenous human beings from snowboarding all day and on the car ride back I felt my stomach not bein as happy as it should have been he was rumbling an grumbling like no other thing i have heard/felt in my life and my buddy felt the same exact way. I would not wish this on my worst enemy, oh how the pain made me lose all sense of humanism I was going crazy the pain was too much to endure. Luckily tho we just made it home in time to absolutely light up the bathrooms like Hiroshima. Although am pretty impressed with how I was able to hold it in until we were back. After all that, please take this into consideration before eating there and have at least a 30 minute car ride home. I felt like I was...
Read moreFries are quite good but a bit over salted. I asked if the buns for hotdog were toasted and was told that they always toast their buns. Bought two hotdogs for myself and my son and the closest analogy I can make is the buns felt like they had been steamed for a full minute. They were totally limp, wet and while I could see a tiny bit of browning on the bread, this was as if you put a slice of bread in the toaster for 20 seconds only. Everything was completely falling apart when I picked the hotdog up. I guess they expect you to keep it wrapped in their steamer paper while you eat these. This was a disappointing meal overall for both of us and I know from a previous experience at this same location that the burger buns have the same limpness and soggy feel. Taste is great, bread consistency is just...
