I dined in last night and had a large rare beef and brisket pho combo (+$3 for either a spring roll or salad roll; I had a spring roll). I found their broth was quite oily for pho. Their meat and spring roll were just alright. Their large is indeed large --only $1 difference from their small.
Between newly-opened and perhaps short staff (?), I found service was slow. I had to wait 5-7 mins to order and another 15-20 mins after ordering for my pho. Another 10 for my spring roll after I got my pho. During the time I was waiting for my food, I was mistakenly served twice with someone else's pho.
There was only one lady running the front (greeting guests, sitting them, bussing tables, taking orders and payments), and there were two men who would come out of the kitchen to serve food. Perhaps one of them doesn't have the table numbers down yet and that's why there was some mayhem.
Their pricing I think is comparable to other pho places though.

They told us it would be 10 min for a take out order and after 20 min we still didn’t get our food, even though the people who came in after us for dine in had already been serviced. When I asked why it was taking twice as long as they told us, the waitress rudely dismissed my concerns saying that they were busy. No apology no offer to make things right.
