Rock House Burger & Fries — Restaurant in Richmond

Went here on Saturday before an event at the casino. I should have listened to the guy who told me "there's no lineup but you better order your food now, because you'll have to wait for an hour to get it". I was on a time crunch so I ordered chicken strips/fries, the easiest thing to make. After about 30min, my boyfriend pointed out that chicken strips/fries had been sitting under the heat lamp for some time. So he asked if that was my order, turned out...it was 😒 So we said that we're not taking the order. For $19, I think the food should be fresh at least. Manager said "I can't change when food comes out!!". Lol no, you can change when it gets to your customers...? Honestly, the meal tasted exactly like the BCF special. At least there, it's made to order. My boyfriend's burger was pretty good but after arguing for a refund and then waiting 45min altogether for his meal, he wasn't into it. Really disappointing for a casino. Recommend that you eat somewhere...
