Starbucks — Restaurant in Richmond

Look, I don’t write reviews, like at all usually. But this ruined my morning.

I get there and there are 4/5 baristas behind the bar, two look like they’re training and there is a group of four customers at the end who look like they’ve ordered. So I get in line (I’m the only one in line) and I stand back a bit to not like put any pressure on them to take my order in case they’re busy making the other people’s orders. After the other people are almost done getting their stuff I walk a little closer to the cash and the younger girl asked me if I’m ready and I said yes and then the middle aged south East Asian women cuts in front of her to take my order. All is well and she double clarifies that I just want a latte with like nothing else in it, just milk and coffee. And I said yes, I also asked for blonde espresso three times without any acknowledgment but whatever. The younger girl starts to make my drink but it’s iced, which I never asked for, the words iced never left my mouth. So I say “oh I’m sorry I ordered this hot” the middle aged lady says very loudy oh my gosh I even asked her! (which she didn’t) when the younger girl says she punched it in wrong and made me feel so bad?? She was in such a huff and came over and I explained sorry normally if I don’t say iced they automatically make my drink hot? Anyway the younger girl was so sweet and apologized even though she wasn’t the one who messed up but oh my god someone give that other lady/manager an attitude check PLEASE. I swear I won’t order anything from here if...

I ordered a new lemonade refresher today and when I tried it, it was way too sweet. I couldn’t drink it. So I asked a staff member if I can get this replaced with something else. They actually said yes and asked what I’d like so I said an iced latte. She ended going and getting the supervisor or the manager instead. They came over and I explained again. They told me that they couldn’t give me anything else because I “didn’t ask to sample it” (which doesn’t even make sense) but they can add water to my drink to make it less sweet. So I agreed to them adding more water. I take another sip after the water is added and it’s still overly sweet. It’s still undrinkable for my taste. I told them it’s still too sweet and they refused to do anything else for me. So I left the drink on the counter and walked out. I paid $7 for that drink and I’m just shocked they couldn’t just make me something else that was the same value. That was very poor customer service. I understand people make mistakes but this just made me upset, I ordered the double smoked bacon cheddar sandwich, pay for it and then after 10 minutes they say they don’t have it, obviously that’s okay but I payed and ordered 10 mins ago? so she asked me if I wanted the sausage sandwich, I politely said no that’s okay instead can I have the Turkey egg and white cheese. I get handed a sausage sandwich and wait about 10 minutes for them to listen to my complaint and they take the sandwich from my hand roll their eyes and me and say “well what did u order then?” I said the Turkey sandwich and she says “sorry about that?” And gets me a sandwich that has no cheese a cold egg and a single slice of ham, at that point it was too late to return it so I just...
