I have been coming to this Starbucks for 5 years, today this Starbucks caused me a lot of trouble and time, as I went to order my coffee and pay, I only brought cash with me $50.00 bill, so when I went to pay the lady didn't want to break my $50.00, I told her oh ok, I had to go up to the bank change the $50.00 and make to be two $20.00 and two $5.00 then go back to Starbucks to buy this coffee. I just got off work still in my work clothes and tired, I Feel this woman took a look at me and felt like I didn't belong in there are something, my money wasn't good there. So I would suggest don't bring any money larger than a $20.00 but if you like you can try, there no signs saying we don't expect 50s or 100s dallor bills some people still carry cash not everything is crypto, debit, credit, gift card or app loaded. After I came back she was making coffee but looked at me like I was trying the same thing with another cashier like I was criminal, I ordered my coffee with a $5.00 bill this time much more smooth transaction. When I arrive and ask them for my order, they nicely reply that they are making the order. After another 5 minutes has gone by, i see many coffee are made and I see a venti size coffee is placed on their back table. I went over and ask another staff. He glanced at the coffee at the back table and told me my order is not ready yet. So, I waited for another 10 mins then only the first guy come over, select one of the coffee that had been sitting on their back table for 10MINUTES and told me that it is my order after all!!!!!! The reason why they deserve this bad rating from me is because they didnt speak my name during the entire 20mins and they see is mobile order and just put it in the back and forget about it. Also how come they pretend to check my coffee and only come back to tell me they are making it when my coffee is at the table sitting there.

We politely expressed this to the barista, Tiffany, who responded short, saying, āDo you want more?ā I said yes, and she squeezed some whipped cream through the lidābut still no caramel or crunch.
