I've eating subway for almost 20 years. I've eaten more subs than most people working at subway have made. So I've seen a variety of different locations and interacted with many people who work at subway.
When I go to this subway I feel like I'm at a used car dealership. No matter what sub you order, they ask if you if you want bacon in it. I ordered an tuna sub and they asked me if I wanted bacon in it... Now that subway offers avocado I get 2 upsells, great. I watch the other customers and I see it makes them uncomfortable as well.
The employees I've encountered do not appear to be happy. I tried to order a Italian BMT and the person started making me a BLT. When I told her she made a mistake, she gave me a dirty look like it was my fault. Next I asked for house sauce on my sub. She put hot sauce. Of course, this caused an even bigger dirty look and now I'm causing her all kinds of problems. The way I see it, if you make a mistake it's fine but don't give me attitude about it. I feel it's a reflection of the management style as everyone there always asking to add bacon like robots and are probably treated poorly. Read moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a platter for work and expected this to arrive at the stated time. When I called I was told that the driver had come and they had contacted both numbers I had provided. I was also told that I needed to go and pick-up the order. I was in meetings all day and this was not possible. If they could not deliver they should have indicated this. The driver did not contact me upon arrival or anyone else. The ordered arrived 1 hour later. On top of that I was not provided a receipt even though I had pre-paid for the order the night before. As a result, I called 10 minutes after the order was delivered and was told that I would get one emailed to me. As a result I provided my email address. 2 days later to let them know that I still needed my receipt and was told it would be emailed. The lady then stated that they were busy and hung up the phone on me. I really need this receipt and it is on the company to provide this within a timely manner. He prepared my sandwich with great care, ensuring that all ingredients were fresh and neatly arranged. His attention to detail was evident, and I appreciated how clean and organized he kept the workspace.
Moreover, his friendly and professional demeanor made my visit to Subway a pleasant experience. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my meal. I will definitely be returning to this location, thanks to this outstanding customer service.
