I would not recommend coming to this store. If there was a button for me to rate less than 1 star, I would definitely choose zero or a negative rating. This store appears to be a scam. We ordered a drink through an online app and paid for it. However, upon arriving at the store, the staff claimed that we might have selected the wrong location. Despite the app indicating the correct location, the staff called the manager and informed us that they hadn't used that online app for the past 2 years. They insisted that we contact the online platform for a refund. Before leaving the store, we received a cancellation of the order and a refund directly from the store itself. This implies that they are aware of the app and have the capability to cancel orders on their end. The store manager and staff continued to make excuses, insisting that they didn't receive the order and advising us to contact the platform for the refund. I ordered a watermelon slush around a month ago as well, and I was immediately upset when I took the first few sips. It just tasted like water with a little bit of watermelon blended. Absolutely the worst watermelon slush I’ve ever tried and it was ridiculous that it was $9+ for this kind of quality? Can’t comment on other drinks because that poor experience was enough to turn me off from trying anything else for a while. I might come back for a milk tea instead, but there much more reliable places in the area I would go to first.

Disgusting… I’ve never had such atrocious bbt before — decided to give this place a try, and the staff looked really bored , granted there were no other customers there. Ordered a Super Mango Coconut Smoothie, with 100% sugar, and it doesn’t taste like anything. No mango flavour either; the smoothie is mustard yellow and not mango yellow.
