Excellent staff, always friendly. The manager with an accent is a real piece of work though. Ordered on app and arrived 5 minutes later to no lineup. Watched as a line formed and people in line started to receive their drinks. Approached cashier after 10 minutes saying that I think my order may have been missed. Manager immediately jumped in with hostile attitude and said it was extremely busy, despite being on break while there were no customers in line. Then asked me if I thought the staff were doing a bad job and somehow turned around and told me that I said his staff were doing a bad job. When we were about to enjoy our order, the double cup of my order (which I did not ask for by the way) was just so yucky looking that I doubted if the drink was made clean/properly (photo posted). I think they were trying to save the sticker where my name was on so they decided on making my drink in a different cup but use the other one to double cup. I dont mind a handwritten name to identify a drink. The cup looked liked it was the spill and stain from the other drinks they were making that time (I hope it did not roll on the floor and picked it up). I didnt order something green nor dark brown..light brown yes. But yeah...not so starbucks quality IMO. So yeah, did not regret...

The barista insisted that I had to get a holiday drink in order to get one of the holiday drinks to get a red cup so I was forced to get a Caramel Brule Latte. I later looked on Starbucks' official website which clearly states that Hot Chocolate is part of the list of drinks that will get you the red cup. He also decided to do chores rather than serve me at the register.
