Wendy's — Restaurant in Saint John

I just wanted to take a moment to express my admiration and gratitude for the exceptional service at our hometown Wendy’s on the west side.

As someone who travels extensively for work, I’ve had the opportunity to visit numerous Wendy’s across North America. I must say, our local Wendy’s stands out as a prime example of excellence. The commitment to quality and service here genuinely embodies the Wendy’s slogan, “Quality is our recipe.”

Whether it’s the accuracy of orders or the speed of service, your team consistently hits the mark. On the rare occasions when there’s a hiccup, I’m always impressed by how quickly and graciously your staff works to make things right. This level of customer care and attention to detail is what sets your restaurant apart.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for providing such a reliable and enjoyable dining experience. It’s a comfort and a pleasure to know that no matter where my travels take me, I can always look forward to the outstanding service and quality at our local Wendy’s when I return home.

I love Wendy's but I must say I was let down here. Staff we're very slow taking my order they were not busy and no one else was a head of me and yet it took at least 10 minutes just to start taking my order. Very unknowable they spent a further so minutes taking the order as neither of the women at the tills had a clue how to take even a basic order and when the manger showed up finally my order a lady behind me and a phone order seemed to be smoothly placed.....nothing could could be further from the truth as not only did they mix up the food in the three meals but when the confusion was sorted the kitchen staff hadn't sent everything ordered..... Thus prooving everyone working was incompetent. The only redeeming features was the lady at the counter was very pleasant and the dinning...

Kind of annoyed as I had a gift card and upon payment at the drive through they said they can’t accept them at this location at this time, they should have a notice in the drive thru like I had the money to pay for it but what if I didn’t, plus I probably would have went elsewhere was hoping to get a cheap meal and ended up spending more than I was planning on it, but yeah my point is they should atleast let people know if they can’t accept gift cards because their machine was down. On top of that they didn’t put my food into a large bag like they normally do just a bunch of small ones so as I was coming in I put it in one bag and it ripped ugh not trying to be a Karen but that was really annoying the food was really...
