Au Bon Sushi — Restaurant in Saint-Lambert

One of the best restaurant experiences since my diagnosis of celiac. The waitress took time to ensure the menu items that were gluten free were clear to us. I had chosen a poke bowl that contained gluten and she came to see me right away to state it wasn’t gluten free and handed me options to choose from so I could swap out the gluten containing item with something gluten free. I had other people in my party that ordered gluten containing items and she made sure that we were aware and confirmed which sushi could be combined on the same plate and which would be separate. I really appreciated all the extra steps they took. It’s always concerning when travelling out of town to eat and finding somewhere safe to eat. We came from Ottawa and used this app to find a restaurant and were really glad to find this sushi place. The quality of the sushi was stellar and so good. This is a very cozy and friendly Asian restaurant that instantly makes you feel welcome. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal. I ordered the salmon poke bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. The salmon was fresh and tender, the rice was perfectly cooked, and all the toppings were well-balanced and full of flavor. Every ingredient tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, showing the care they put into their dishes. My mom ordered two portions of Futomaki — a total of 10 pieces. Five of them were Kamikaze rolls with salmon, and the other five were Victoria rolls with shrimp. Both types were beautifully presented and tasted amazing, with generous fillings and fresh ingredients. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. Wow just wow!

Very nice atmosphere, very clean, plexiglass clean and all covid-19 rules are respected! The chefs had there masks on and gloves were change frequently!

But the food....!!!!! Delicious!!!! Best sushi ever!! So fresh, tasty and beautiful presentation!! Took the 79 pcs, 3 wonton soups, shrimp tempura and vegetable tempura!

The soup was light, lots of flavour and delicious. Everything tempura was delicious and crispy. Next time going to try the calamari tempura!
