I was the only customer in your restaurant area while 4 different waitresses did nothing but talk in 30db voices so the entire place could hear them, including mine, just 5 feet from me.
I was there 45 minutes l was offered 0 refills, wasn't asked how the food was, if I wanted anything, needed anything, I couldn't ask for the wifi..
I was seated and served. Short of hostess, it was more like McDonald's, then BP. INFACT, the hostess made sure i had an English menu requiring 2 visits to my table, which was more than I saw my waitress.
$36 for one person, and you do no work and expect a tip, then when I calmly explain that you talked to your friends, didn't provide service and you didn't deserve your hourly wage you have the brass to say "I'm a good waitress" I wish pennies were still a thing, I would have put 4 on the corners of the table to watch you work!!! THAT'S WHAT A JOB IS not a social hangout. FYI She was so bold as to shout her name out when I mentioned this review as to think SHE OWNS the place... Tent City is calling you Sandrine.. Jobs are rare.
BTW - gratuity (Definition)
A gratuity (often called a tip) is a sum of money customarily given by a customer to certain service sector workers such as hospitality for the service they have performed, in addition to the basic price of the service. (NO service NO tip)

Once before ordering, once to order, once to bring our appetizers, once to bring entrees, once to fill water. The entrees took an hour to get to our table. Arrogante et nonchalante, n'aide aucunement sa clientèle a faire des choix quant à la sélection des accompagnement en répondant "on vous donne un menu, c'est à vous de nous dire ce que vous voulez". Aucune info ni explication sur la promo "les enfants mangent gratuitement". Elles nous laissent choisir des plats n'en faisant pas parti et ne nous avise pas et le charge sur la facture au final. Elles ont grandement besoin de formation professionelle. Quand je vais au resto, je ne veux pas me sentir comme si j'étais dans une école secondaire. J'ai essayé de faire accélérer vos commandes en chialant un peu mais ils m'ont bloqué sur l'appareil alors je ne peux plus livré pour eux.
