We waited an hour to get food which when came was not edible. We watched people who sat down when we did, eat, and leave. We ordered a burger and a club sandwich. We finally asked our waitress about our food and she told us the burger was sitting ready but not the club sandwich. We decided to cancel our order after 45mins and the manager said our food would be right out and that the burger wasnt ready. Waitress told mgr that it was. We waited another 15mins to have our food delivered. The club sandwich looked like it was thrown together literally and the burger bun was burnt black and the meat was cold. By far one of the most prejudice discriminating restaurants establishments me and my family have ever been to in Montreal!! They did not allow our service dog which we had federal documentations for that has been allowed even in hospitals and other fine establishments and on top of that they threatened to kick us out due to our race and the fact that we had a small puppy with us. The most terrible, disgraceful staff and management and attitude we have ever received. They told us to take our dog and leave Montreal since we are from Toronto and that was the most shocking and rude thing we’ve ever heard. Totally not worth it. I used to like Normandin but it's the last time I'm going to any of their restaurants. We waited to have a table, the hostess told us she needed 5 to 10 minutes to clean it. The table was still dirty with a smudge of crusted sauce on it. We waited forever for someone to take our orders. A waitress dropped and broke a glass of what seemed to be water in a hallway. Another waitress nearly fell right after because the mess haven't been cleaned up. When we left we stepped in it and it was sticky... it was not water. We heard two other breakage of dishes during our meal. I took very long to get the food too. Don't go there totally not...
