Dining at Fork Seasons was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The food is nothing short of exceptional — each dish thoughtfully crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients that burst with flavor. Whether you’re indulging in their rich, savory entrées or the vibrant, beautifully plated appetizers, every bite tells a story of creativity and care.
The menu is diverse yet cohesive, offering something for every palate without compromising on quality. Standout dishes like the Okonomiyaki a popular signature dish here, Fried rice, Thai green curry with chicken, gyoza, chicken satay it surely showcase the chef’s skill in blending bold flavors with finesse.
Service is impeccable — attentive without being overbearing — and the ambiance strikes a perfect balance between cozy and refined. It’s the kind of place where time slows down and the food takes center stage.

Read moreIt’s our second visit to Fork seasons. We found this gem in our last road trip from Vancouver to Alberta. We had Laksa and Okonomiyaki in our last trip and we really missed the food. The quality of food and the atmosphere brought us back again.
This summer we stopped by again. We ordered mushroom soup, Kare, curry and dumplings. Mushroom soup was rich in texture and creamy. I couldn’t help to finish all. We appreciate how they make the pork crispy but also soft and tender for Kare. Sometimes, crispy pork is over done or too oily in the other restaurants. It’s served the best with their own sauce. Curry was very impressive. It really spiced up my appetites.
Their southeastern Asian dishes are very authentic and good price value. We can hardly find this quality of Asian food in many big cities. Owner of the restaurant is very friendly and welcoming. I even asked the owner if they want to move to Vancouver :) Fork seasons is truly a hidden gem in this...
Read moreStopped by Salmon Arm two times for dinner before continuing my journey, and discover this Fork Season a GEM 💎 if you are into food. They have a wide selection of asian food from singaporean Laksa, japanese Gyoza, Phillipino Kare Kare, and more, all cooked to its authentic flavours in their countries. I was wondering how this could be possible? chatted with shopkeeper to know that the cook is relocated from singapore by invitation of the hotel group. It becomes making sense as singapore is very much a melting pot of different asian cultures. My personal favourite dish will be curry prawn with rice. It’s so yummy and filling at the same time. If i go the third time later, i would definitely discover other dishes to know what...
