Wendy's — Restaurant in Salmon Arm

Went through the drive through tonight and was shocked at the customer service. We pulled in to order around 10:45 after I had worked all night just wanting a coke. The lights for the menu were off so I assumed they were closed and pulled forward. Got to the window to see the hours posted and it said they were open until 11 and there was a girl at the window just blatantly ignoring us. After 5 or so minutes of us sitting there waiting for her to acknowledge us, she finally faced us (without opening the window) and forms a “X” with her arms and mouths the words we’re closed with a harsh attitude. I frustratedly pointed to the hours sheet and she rolls her eyes at me and walks away. I did end up phoning them and luckily the manager was there and apologized and gave me my coke for free. Still, found it quite shocking how rude that...

I've gone here many times for meals throughout the day and late night snacks too. The food is delicious, staff are fast, well trained and effective at what they do. Never takes longer then 5 minutes to get from the order station to the end of the line. The longest part of the experience is having to wait in the drive through line as it can be quite long but I don't mind as it does go quite quickly. Top notch food as far as fast varieties go. Everything I have ever ordered has been delicious and well wrapped. Very rarely has an order ever been wrong and that's quite a change from other restaurants. All in all, the best fast food place in Salmon Arm as far as I'm concerned and really the only choice for late night bites in town as well as they truly are open late. Thankful for you...

Wendy's used to be my favourite restaurant, but I may never come here again. After the recent renovations, you walk in and are immediately met with a disgusting bathroom-esque room. From the nice higher end look it used to have you would think they were TRYING to make it worse. The awful tile walls are filthy, whether from dirt or a poor grouting job it's hard to tell. They've also changed it so that you have to pour your own drink, and of course there were no straws in stock at the awkward little drink counter. On top of that I asked for ketchup on my burger, and they gave me two packets on the side that turned out to be hot sauce.

I absolutely would not recommend coming here, and I would actually advise you to go anywhere...
