Express Sushi 2 Go — Restaurant in Salt Spring Island Electoral Area

This small, hole-in-the-wall does exactly what the name implies - they make sushi to go, fast. There is a very small narrow high table with 2 stools where we sat in to eat, but that takes up half of the area for customers. The (vegan) sushi we ordered was very tasty. We can't speak to their seafood-containing offerings. Staff was polite and efficient. Prices for what we ordered were in line to a little cheaper than what we're used to. If you're looking for take-out sushi, this is a great choice. 5 stars...
