there are many tweaks that need to be made to this restaurant. for starters the employees need to be wearing gloves and hair nets well cooking i have seen people specifically an older fellow who looks to be in his 40-50âs go for a smoke break not wash his hands or put his on gloves but prepares food for people! and in case hair ever ends up in anyoneâs food i would suggest hair nets be mandatory, gloves need to be changed regularly and cooking surfaces need to be cleaned off and wiped down often as they look filthy! i cannot begin to imagine what else isnât cleaned considering i donât think they even wipe down the debit machine last time i went it was sticky and had ketchup on it! we just went through a pandemic you would think a new business would be more sanitary, the organization needs to be set up better you walk in and it just looks thrown together with no thought the boxes for take out could be placed somewhere more organized and a lot of the time their food is super over cooked. their are two amazing employees one with multiple piercings in her face and the other is a male with a dragon tattoo behind his ear i would suggest only going in if those two are working! they certainly know what their doing that business seems like it would fail without them. it needs to be cleaner including the mat at the front door it looks like itâs never been vacuumed or washed. i would just suggest this place starts looking at what they can do to make it a more welcoming place even adding things to look at on the walls itâs so bland and with so few employees youâll want something to do well waiting for your food⌠very disappointed needs lots of work if these improvements were made maybe iâd visit more often but i wouldnât even recommend this place to anyone. and one last thing i think they should expand their menu add vegan/vegetarian options and other foods it seems very repetitive and just greasy food.. i mean even mcdonaldâs...

We Ordered the Burger Combo, Donair and Jamacian Patty.
The issues i have.
The Burger was so Greasy the Bun it made the Bun soggy. But the Fries and Gravy were amazing.
The Donair Meat was so Dry, and you could tell its been sitting a while, Deffintly Not Fresh. The Tomatoes, Onions were Fresh, and the Donair sauce was amazing.
The Jamacian Patty, Well I will Never buy one from here again, You could tell it was one of the mass produced Ones you would get from a box. IT was Luke Warm, and the border line of Going cold.
Personally I feel the food from this establishment is Mediocre, and deffintly not work the Price. Will not be ordering from here again.
First impressions are everything and they did not Deliver the Quality i was hoping for.
Updates decided to give them another chance...ordered from skip when my food arrived the fries were cold, But was Sog City, Donair meat was even worse... I DONT WANT JERKY ON A DONAIR.

Onion rings were ice cold when arrived
Burger was Undercooked and Pink in the middle
Deep fried Mushrooms were Soggy and Luke warm.
And Don't get me started on the marinara sause, Take it off the menu, It taste like just plain Crushed Tomates with no spices.

My girlfriend and I recently dined at Mad Munch in Sarnia, and overall, itâs a delightful little gem worth checking out. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, making it a fantastic option for both casual meals and larger gatherings without breaking the bank.
However, one significant drawback we encountered was the hygiene standards at the establishment. Cleanliness is paramount in any dining experience, and unfortunately, this area needs improvement at Mad Munch. From the state of the dining area to the kitchen visibility, there were noticeable lapses that detracted from an otherwise positive experience.
Despite this concern, Mad Munch has the potential to be a top contender in Sarniaâs local food scene. If they address the hygiene issues, it would elevate the overall dining experience to match the excellent taste and value they already offer. We hope to see these improvements soon and look forward to returning to enjoy their tasty offerings in a cleaner environment.
