So, I have been a dedicated customer to Arby's since I was 18 and I am 52 now. My wife and I went for lunch yesterday (Sunday) and I saw that they were re-introducing the Philly... The Philly Beef and Swiss used to be my go to, but unfortunately they discontinued it. That really hurt my heart but, that didn't stop me because I was truly a fan of Arby's and their roast beef. Now after trying the new re-invented Philly, I say..... Arby's please bring back the old one (needless to say it failed). Anyways , I had also ordered #2 the 1/2 pound regular meal and the first bite broke my heart. They started slicing the meat thinner which in turn changed the taste and texture of the sandwich. Not happy at all!!!!!!! The Regular is now mushy, I thought that was part of the Phillies changes but no it was not because the Regular was the same. My wife laughed at me and said I was being ridiculous, until I asked and they confirmed slicing the beef thinner because a customer complained...... Well now I'm complaining . YOU GUYS ARE RUINING A PERFECTLY BEAUTIFUL SANDWICH!!!!! PLEASE say consistent don't change you don't have to be like all those other guys. I will give you 5 STARS when you start slicing the meat to the...
Read moreI have caught management on multiple times not washing their hands after using the washrooms then poceeded to touch my food. I have also noticed the general manager on quite a few occasions cooking his own food in the fryers. Nothing like weird tasting curly fries that’s gotta be a health code violation. What about people who have allergies or other specific food issues like it they can’t eat pork and the manager was cooking pork in the fryer. And today I went in and the general manager was cleaning above the fryers and baskets and holding units spraying de-greaser everywhere while the store was still open. That’s gotta be a huge no-no. And that’s just a few things I have noticed over the last little bit. I won’t be eating here again for awhile or until they get new management that’s more cautious of these violations and that treats their...
Read moreSlowest drive thru I've ever been in, and that says a lot. It should not take 20 minutes to go through a drive thru, let alone with only 3 vehicles in front of me. On top of that, when I finally got to the window he had the wrong order; I'm guessing he charged the person in front of me for it considering he had to ring it all in again. I certainly hope that wasn't the case, as the order he was initially going to charge me for was just mozza sticks, so if that was to be for the person in front of me and they ended up paying 3 times as much as they should've that is not fair. The 3 stars is because the food was good, but the service was horrid.
EDIT: 10 months later and nothing has changed. Over 15 minutes to get through the drive thru, with 3 vehicles in front of me. It's not like the place is packed so why is their drive thru...
