I normally don't eat fast food. But when I eat I go to BK. But this location is bad. The food is normal, but the service... I've been there only twice. None of those were good, I mean the service. First time I went through the drive through and been told to park in front of the store to wait my order. I then drove to the parking lots, the parking lots were full, so I drove back to the window, that guy had no patient at all and ask me why I come back again. I told him the situation and he went back to the kitchen took my order in a sec. If you can finish my order in three mins, Why ask me to wait in the parking lots. Also this is not over yet. When he passed the order to me, his arm, hand and my food were all hiding inside of the window(it's a winter) and he ask me why I park so far from the window. COME ON, it's the drive through, how far can I stop from the window? Second time was today, went there and bought a meal and a burger itself, cost me $14. Wait there in the store for my food. Few mins later my order was ready, they passed me the bag, I did not check which I think I should. After I got home I found they only give me one burger. $14 for a burger is expensive. I went back to the store. I live in evergreen, it took me half hour drive back and forth. I throw the bag on their counter. That guy saw me and ask me if I forget anything. ANOTHER COME ON here. You mess the order up and ask me if I forget anything. The whole process I only hear one sorry from a staff. There were 5-6 other staffs there talking and laughing. The manager there did not offer me anything to make me happier. At least they should replace my 40 mins cold burger in the bag. To me they were like whatever. I really don't care what they can offer to me, but doing service, make customer happy is the most important thing. I will never go there again. Don't want give them the third chance to piss me off. Give them one star is because there is no zero...

I went through the drive thru on Feb 21st (ticket #12631), ordered several food items including a Hersheyās Sunday pie. I didnāt check the bag until I got home and thatās when I realized I didnāt get my pie. Which I paid for and was on the receipt. I tried calling them immediately, phone rang, no answer, no voicemail. Waited a bit and called again, same thing. I tried calling the next day, same thing. (We left town for a 2 week trip the next morning so Iām unable to go into that location to confront them.) So I went to the BK website and submitted a complaint on there. They told me they would reach out to the manager for me. I tried calling again later that night, same thing - no one ever answers, and thereās no voicemail to leave a message. I tried calling several times over the next week and canāt get through. Havenāt heard anything back from the manager about replacing my pie, so yesterday I had to respond back to my case and ask them to inquire about why I still have not been contacted. They sent another follow up to this franchise. Very poor customer service, very unprofessional, and taking money from someone and then ignoring them and not making it right is...

Unlike McDs, this BK actually keeps the garbage cans from overflowing and keeps the tables clean (mostly). McDs is a disaster zone by comparison. Also, unlike McDs, Burger King NEVER charges extra for adding tomato, lettuce or onions to your sandwich; ask for double tomato slices on your Whopper and there's no extra charge. Want onions on your double cheeseburgers? No extra charge. Try that at McDs and watch them add extra charges to your bill. Service is fast, friendly and they usually get the orders right. There's an indoor playground for parents to put their screaming brats in. Seriously, this is a big plus. Downsides: No mobile ordering. No espresso-based beverages (capachinos, lattes, frapees, etc). No loyalty program points system. Upsides: The coupons in their app are reusable and never seem to expire. The double cheeseburger is just $2.49 and you can add all the fixings you want for no extra charge, which makes it the best value in any fast food place...
