This is the true definition of lazy. It wasn’t busy, nor had it just had the slightest bit of rush. It was later in the evening, long after supper and the mall had already closed. However even if there had been a rush, even if it was earlier in the day with more activity. There is absolutely zero justifying this! A dozen garbage bags laying right outside the door for everyone who drives up or goes through drive thru to see. A dozen garbage bags laying THREE meters away from the UNLOCKED garbage cans… can you get any lazier? If employees are this lazy with the garbage… imagine how they are with their own hygiene/gand washing, drink machines, preparation tables, knives 🤮 The moment I seen this I knew I shouldn’t still order, but me and my kids were thirsty so I did anyways. My ice coffee looked like just milk it was so white, it was the absolute worst ice coffee I’ve ever had. I also decided to get the “chocolate filled” hazelnut muffin which consisted of zero chocolate induce if it and incredibly burnt hazelnut pieces on top with the muffin itself having next to no taste. The staff also weren’t very friendly, got no response to my “hello” when I pulled up, nothing said just machine passed to me despite me asking how much , I was paying cash and asked again brow much and they responded super annoyed. Despite this I still said thankyou when my items were passed to me which again got no response. I don’t come to this side of the city much but I can say, even the Tim Hortons on 22nd is better then this one. I have NEVER seen a food establishment leave this amount of garbage right outside their door ! Except one single time and that’s cause they lost their key and were waiting for the lock smith. However again these bins were unlocked , yes I took the time to get out of my car and make sure before deciding to...
Read moreI had a very upsetting experience at this location. Due to the staff’s mistake while entering my order, I received the wrong drink and was charged more than I should have been. When I pointed out that I hadn’t ordered what I received, the staff member didn’t ask any questions—she just handed me the coffee I originally ordered, without acknowledging the issue or offering a refund for the price difference.
When I asked about the price difference, her response was, “Well, I upgraded your size, didn’t I?” — as if that justified overcharging me without my consent. She even blamed me for not knowing about the incorrect order, despite the fact that I was never given a receipt.
After a frustrating back-and-forth, another male employee stepped in and processed a refund and recharged me correctly. He was polite and apologized, but I told him that it wasn’t his apology I was waiting for—it should have come from the female employee who made the mistake. Instead, she turned her back on me, visibly annoyed, and dramatically threw something into the trash before walking away without a word.
I don’t understand how a customer ends up being treated like the one at fault for a staff error. Why did I have to argue in front of the counter just to get what I had originally ordered—and a basic refund? And why was the person who walked away in frustration not me, but the employee?
As I left, I looked at the coffee and food in my hands and wondered—why am I supporting a business where I’m...
Read moreWell i dont really complain even though they got my order wrong most of the time. Usually i always order a breakfast wrap with no sauce and either ice coffe or double double. I dont check my order after i recieved them cuz i trust them and i kept hoping that they will get my order right somehow. Well they always get my coffee right but it taste like water with a little bit of coffee... Well i didnt complain. Cuz sometimes they give me the right order. But most of the time its either wrong or not prepared properly. And i still didn't complain. But today it got me to the point where i was so mad to the rude worker because i ordered 2 coffee and 1 wrap and one bacon maple Danish. What i end up getting is that 2 coffee and 1 wrap. So my brother asked the girl who took our order in the drive thru. She said we didn't order any maple danish.. i was fricking mad because my brother repeats our order twice. And the way the girl talked to us was really rude she was like "thats all you ordered. Nothing else" and when my brother tried to talk to her she didnt respond and that was so rude. Well i was going to be late at school so i didnt tried to argue with her... this might sound like basic customer problem but i think the workers should do their job properly... and i dont think they should give the customer that kind of a attitude. All i can say is that they're lack of experienced and they should act like a professional workers...
