one of employees working at this location is so rude and disrespectfull. I went there yesterday, August 20th and ordered an regular sized burrito then got a large one. I also noticed she charged me for large one so I asked her to switch my food and give me money back. She got so upset and took my large burrito and passive-aggressively threw it into a garbage bin. She did not talk to me at all then suddenly put a regular burrito on my board almost squashing it and dropped money on the desk, looked like she tried to make aggressive noise intentionally. Every time I go to the Taco Time at Centre Mall, the same lady working there is incredibly rude and snarky. She acts like she has an issue with you just for ordering food. Just because you don’t like your job doesn’t mean you get to take it out on customers. The service is always slow and inefficient, and there’s zero effort to be polite.

I went to this location around Christmas time and I was wanting a beef cruncho substituted with the spicy pepper sauce instead of sour cream, I work at a TacoTime and know that doing a substitution is allowed but the employee told me they couldn’t do that and I said yes they could because it’s a substitution instead of an add on and went to talk to manager and said that it was allowed only to find out afterwards they were “out of sauce”.
