I wrote notes down on my entire experience while we were there. But after we left and as we were walking to superstore discussing how happy we were that we stopped there, we heard someone yelling that we forgot something. I believe it was the owner? either way a lovely gentleman in plaid RAN ACROSS THE STREET TO SUPERSTORE TO BRING MY UMBRELLA, it’s hello kitty and i love it so this meant the world to me. i would’ve been so sad to have forgot it. Overall had a 10/10 experience beforehand but this took it over the top. It was so warm and welcoming, the servers and everyone were extremely friendly. All the food came out super quickly and drinks this nice do take a couple minutes to prepare but it was 100% worth the small wait. I cannot wait to go again, we already want to go back specifically for pizza this time. Hopefully more people can go and have a wonderful experience like us. and yes it was extremely difficult to take good pictures of the food cause it was so delicious looking (and tasting) we immediately dug in when it came out! food review: corn salsa bruschetta AMAZING. the corn and tomatoes were so fresh. it was such a good flavour combo my bf said it reminded him of mexico (in a good way he LOVES mexico). the bread was soft and flavourful. the corn salsa was filled and so delicious. it was also on sale today which made it even better. prosciutto wrapped mozza balls we got 3, comes with 2 bread. we found the bread to fit exactly one mozza ball which kinda sucked but it tasted SO GOOD. add extra sauce to the bread. it’s worth it. the prosciutto was crispy and the mozza was so melty. i think i’m already full but we have more food coming too. 4 cheese and spinach ravioli sooo yummy. we added our own pepper and chili flakes but you don’t need it for taste i just love spicy. the sauce was super creamy, pasta wasn’t over cooked. it was yummy and super delicious (took the bread from this home for the last mozza ball). It was a great comfort meal, kept it nice and classic which i enjoy. (it even reheated great for a late night snack) chicken supremo with chicken noodle soup classic chicken sandwich. it was delicious, juicy, right amount of sauce. great tomatoes even tho my boyfriend picked them all out (i ate some). he got it with the chicken noodle soup. personally i would’ve gone with a salad but when he dunked the sandwich into the soup.. ? oh yeah i saw the vision. it was a hearty homemade soup, and dipping the sandwich in it added another level of flavour to each bite. all the bread here is super soft while also being the right amount of crunchy. i have sensitive teeth and this didn’t hurt at all!! yellow sour puss shots they brought it down from up on the shelf. i felt so bad i didn’t realize they didn’t have any behind the bar. but im a sour puss girlie at heart and it meant a lot that they still put in the effort just for us to have shooters. so glad i got to try that flavour, its one of the only ones i haven’t had! berry boozy lemonade $5 and exactly how it sounds but super delicious. not overly vodka-y and the berry made it the right amount of sweet. its perfect for summer and it really did have a wonderful presentation. strawberry jalapeño margarita WORTH THE $12. so delicious. very sweet tho, could drink in one gulp tbh i am severely holding myself back. so good right amount of spicy, i could even have extra. the jalapeños are sweet to eat (they probably don’t expect me to eat it but again i LOVE SPICE). it’s. nice coarse salt rim. beautiful drink. i cannot stress this enough .. SO YUMMY! gw pilsner bfs only review was that it was good and cold ahahahha (which is good)

It was my sons birthday & we couldnt decide where to go... We ended up with FAMOSO ITALIAN PIZZERIA. It was our first time here. U have to place your order at the counter. Its similar to some restaurants in Europe, where the Menu is painted on the wall, beyond the counter. We like to try pastas & pizzas, but were informed that they rwmoved the pasta & table service, after the merged with FatBurger. They were very helpful in assisting us in ordering & what we would prefer... Got a grand size 16" Pizza, all meat, minus the spicy ingredient (I forgot what its called, but its something Italian). Some Salt & Pepper Wings, which they accomodated as Baked, instead of deep fried, with a choice of dipping sauce. I chose Ranch. Iced Tea, a pop & beer. We also got their High Ball Desert, (I forgot exact name). Its basically Tiramisu on the bottom of a tall glass, topped with their Specialty Ice Cream, topped again with Real Cream - it was really good !! My son asked for this to be served first. Then came the Main order. The Pizza was really good, very similar to those served in New York or New Jersey, in authentic Italian restaurants! I can tell that the dough was made fresh & the ingredients were top quality > very good ! Also, the dough thickness was thin. There was lots on that pizza & the best part was it was really very good !! 👍 👌 The Baked Wings was good as well. Pop & Iced Tea was refillable, but we were fine with 1 glass. Every now & then, a staff would come check on us, see how everything is, & check if we need anything or how we were doing... They truly care & were genuine. The Filipino guy was very nice, but in fairness, everyone was amazing !! THANK U !! ❣️🤗 We plan to come again!

Overall, great place. Appealing both inside and out, and the atmosphere is great. Servers have been friendly, or at the least equitable. The food and drinks are great, depending what you get. While Famoso's is known for pizza, I have never enjoyed it (nor the people I go with). But everything else is great and I'm a fan of the mac and cheese. Only complaint about the pasta dishes is that some noodles can be dried out, and I did have one occasion where the noodles we're crunchy and awful. Despite that and the undercooked pizza (which I know some people dig), Famoso is a place I still like to return to.

This is a tough review. Sat on patio with family (4 adults and 1 child/1 infant).

As soon as we were outside on patio, music was blaring. It was cruise night and they wanted a party atmosphere, but it was loud enough that I was 1. Concerned about our hearing (I had a headache 5 minutes in)/(we had a 9 month old with us) 2. We barely could hear each other unless we were yelling. It was really weird.

We asked the person who sat us if it could be turned down. They turned it down for 2 minutes and then cranked it up again. They said it was cruise night, and that was the scene they wanted. Which is fair, but this was LOUD.

Server was nice, we asked her to turn it down and she did, to a manageable level. I measured the dB output at our far table, after it was turned down and it was anywhere between 67 - 80 decibels....after turning it down. Which gives you a good idea what it was like.

I had the fettuccine alfredo, which was pretty average.

The pizza though was fantastic, I had a slice of my 6 year olds cheese pizza and it was awesome.

So, bad experience in terms of atmosphere for my particular visit, but I would order take out for the pizza in the future (I would order fettucino alfredo somewhere...
