At 12:15 am on 01-14-2024 , I ordered Plant based sandwhich ( regular ) No spicy with Root bear . I was hungry and most of restaurants were closed by this time . I got the order at 12:45 am and I found the plant based petty is over burnt , its spicy and no root bear . It was pathetic service . The whole order was wrong and the kitchen guy didnt realized its overburnt . How can someone will eat that overburnt burger ? . There is no humanity . There is no accountability , how will customer eat this burger. If somebody is ordering a food at later night it's quite obvious he is hungry . They didnt care about the quality of food . They can compromise with customer health. They donot care about the service . Pics attached with the note . Its better to live without food for a day instead of ordering food from this location. I called up KFC and talked to RAJDEEP ( manager at that time ) but didnt get delivery and food on the same day so I have to sleep without food tonight. ย ย ย Read moreI don't usually like doing reviews for fast food places because more often than not its comparable enough across locations that it isn't really warranted. This however, needs to be said. If there is one thing that isnt consitant across fast food restaurants, its customer service.
I wouldn't be writing this if this was a single occurance, but this place has misplaced or replaced my order/parts of my order enough that its frustrating. I even double checked with the guy at the drive thru till tonight that all of the peices of my order were in the bag because of my past experiences (like the time I bought a zinger box and didnt get a sandwich).
When I got home, I was missing two sandwiches. And its even more frustrating because its not worth the time and effort to drive back and talk to the employees. I'm hungry - and so is everyone else and I do have food to eat.
There goes 14 dollars I couldve have literally spent better by going just down the street to a Popeye's.

ย ย ย Read moreThe manager on shift this evening was incredibly loud and rude, both to her employees and myself. I placed an order for pickup, and while I was inside waiting, could hear her yelling at her employees in the back constantly. I finally got my order and when I got home, found out that it was not my order. I returned to the location and the manager literally told me "You took the wrong order." She did not apologize to me for the mix up, offer me any sort of coupon (not that I really wanted one but the gesture would have been nice) and the only apologies I received were from the cashier and the lady who brought me my order. Ie: everyone working there EXCEPT the manager.
To the employees: You are wonderful and friendly and patient, and it was a pleasure being served by you.
To the manager this evening: learn some manners, treat your employees better, and if you can't, then you have no business wearing that...
