KFC — Restaurant in Saskatoon

This place is the worst to order from. The chicken is straight disgusting, very greasy , either way over cooked or under cooked, at times the chicken has a bad odor, I've tried eating from here a few times and each time it was not a good experience. There was a time my kids and I ordered from here and we all ended up with food poisoning. It's either the chicken , gravey, fries, or just the ordering experience. Their customer service is way into a negative 10. Try ordering over the phone once and each call I made in five minute intervals I was hung up on after only ringing twice each call which all together I've tried to call n order five times the one night. So I gave up and I'm telling you it will be my last time ever trying to eat from this location again. They are rude and very inexperienced fast food workers whom Cleary don't care about the restaurants appearance or value their customers at all to be rude to them or to hang up on people whom are trying put orders in. I’d like to start with I’d been ordering from here for 15 years… about 7/8 years ago it started going down hill. Yesterday I Walked in and there were three employees sitting at a table (manager included had no idea she was the manager until she informed us upon refund that she was the manager and was on break so she didn’t need to inform employees I was there) I waited at the till for 5 mins before anyone came out from the kitchen… was trying to order the seasonal feast but they were without the stuffing so I switched to just getting the variety bucket paid at 8:15 was informed it would be ready in 15 mins. Went out to the car to wait. Went back in at 8:30…. Waited another 5 mins before a guy came out to tell me three more minutes. I said no problem… 5 mins later he returns to tell me they sold our strips to the one drive thru order who came. They informed me they would throw in a handful more popcorn chicken. I said well just upgrade the medium to a large and they refused. Had to get our money back now 45 mins after ordering…. Churches chicken came thru for our family tho!!! I normally don't write about places but this place has got to be the worst establishment I've dealt with numerous times! I don't mind them forgetting straws and forks every now and then, but when they screw your order up repeatedly that's where I get a little mad, and tonight was the worst yet! The only thing they didn't wreck was the macaroni salad! Thank god they don't make it there! My big crunch had so much spicy mayo on it to cover up the old dried out chicken that they used in it and the poutine was the same, and I asked for extra sauce for the large popcorn chicken and they would only give me one extra, this place has turned into a joke and you won't be getting anymore service from me! I wish I didn't have to give a star to write a review on here because they do not even deserve that! I would be ashamed to be the owner of this olace and see all the bad reviews and customers that you have lost due to poor managment and some poor employees!
