I went to this location last night at 930 and was denied service. It was completely humiliating and degrading. I tried to pay with cash and they told me no. Cash is legal tender you cannot deny me this form of payment. I then asked for management he told me the same I said alright then I will be calling corporate and I'll just pay debit at that moment he lost it. Ripped my order off the ticker and refused to serve me. He said because he can he will. I said you can't refuse me I have done nothing wrong. He said we're closed now mind you they were still open for 30 more minutes. I asked his name and he went and hid in the back of the mcdonalds. This behavior is down right disgusting. He refused I believe for one because he was showing his power and being racists towards me. I am white and they are clearly not they spoke the entire time in there own language to each other about me clearly laughing. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I was shamed for what being WHITE and trying to pay with cash. You cannot deny cash it is legal tender. You are not above the laws. I cannot believe what happen I was in utter shock and I still am in complete disbelief to what happened. All I wanted was a cheeseburger instead I got refused for no reason. In front of other customers waiting for there orders and customers sitting inside. How does this even happen. I called corporate this morning as this is unacceptable and I expect them to do something and also expect an in person apology from the manager on duty last night as well as the two workers. This should never happen to anyone. We have every right to inform your boss when you are not doing your job correctly but to punish me for that and my skin colour. Disgusting. I will never be eating there again. I did take a video of part of the altercation and him ignoring and them laughing and speaking in there language this will be posted to social media to show the true dark side...
Read moreAnother McDonaldâs, another problem. One common issue at this location is that the self-order machine often doesnât print out a receipt. As a result, I have no idea what my order number is. The worst part is that Iâve mentioned this issue before, and they still donât bother fixing it. I hint again that they should replace the paper roll because other customers will have the same problem. âYes, yes, weâll replace it,â they say. But I finish my entire meal, and nobody even goes near the machine to change the receipt roll. And when thereâs no paper, the machine doesnât even display the order number on the screen, which makes it extra confusing. I go up front, and the staff barely speak English. I try to explain that I need to know my order number, and they just donât get it. Honestly, itâs frustrating. Another issue â the place is really dirty. Be careful. If you have the option, Iâd recommend going to a...
Read moreI understand the pressure of meeting drive thru times as I worked fast food for 5 years. However, I wanted to delete something off my order when I went to pay at the first window and the employee told me this was not possible at all. While I was talking to her, she was also trying to get another order. She told me twice she could not delete or change the order AT ALL at the first window, then slammed the window and said nothing when I said I wonât be purchasing anything. I called the store afterwords, and was told you can change your order. I feel that the level of customer service has decreased significantly regardless of how busy it is. It seems that getting people through matters more than having a decent conversation about...
