Messy catering. Not executed professionally. Just tossed around with gaps and small portions. The price per item is 15/dozen while COOP, Sobeys, etc is 8/dozen. Was misled for item count and pricing by staff and website. False advertising. The owner there offered no customer service during pickup. Did not engage in conversation. Shut down suggestions to improve communication and transparency and accurate advertising. She was actually quite rude and brash. Was truly not valued as a customer even though I paid her $50 for food that cost her $11 + the employee who made it for 20 mins ($2.90). Seems to only be polite to elderly white demographics. The food itself was bland with no salt, paprika, cumin, as per traditional recipes. The dill was grocery store bought generic brand with no flavour. The grocery stores have more flavour and freshness for half the price with full portion sizes. I got robbed, but already wasted the transportation to pickup and was depending on that order to feed people. Felt pressured to pay the price that wasn't fair. --Readers: If you want to support local, go to places that actually use local ingredients, ethically grown/raised, even organic, and take a few more seconds to care. I paid $50 + $25 of transportation to get a pile of messy eggs with mayo...

This used to be my favourite place for lunch but the food has changed substantially and it no longer makes my top 7. Their fries used to be more home style, their gravy used to taste less packaged, their club house was stacked with meat. Now? Fries are undercooked and taste like your basic bag fries. No seasoning so I salt and peppered them. The gravy was terrible and packaged. I had to add tons of pepper to try and make it worth dipping in. The clubhouse was the saddest. I asked for a single because I don’t like a lot of bread, and the piece of chicken in it was as thin as a piece of thick cut sandwich meat, it only covered 1/2 the bread. The cheese was super thin and processed as well. I couldn’t image how bad it would be with three pieces of bread that comes with a standard club. I’m honestly really sad that it’s changed so much, i used to love it here. I can’t say this meal was anywhere near worth $17.95 (add gravy to the charge too). The cookie was still good, it’s just gotten smaller too. Good service. Just sad the food has...

I came in after a nearby appointment to sit and enjoy some wifi and get sorted before I continue my day. I sat at one of the MANY available tables when the lady working approached me and started getting me set up. I told her I wasnt getting anything and I was just sitting for the moment. She then told me I was not allowed to sit and I had to leave.. im really upset by this. Not only did Mulberry's loose a costumer for life but all the money I've spent over the years here is completely unappreciated.. she never even bothered to think that I might eventually get something after sitting for a while. She didn't even offer me coffee or water. This employee needs to be re trained.....

The first time I came here for food. I was getting meat products from next store and the food smell attracted me. I seat near the front counter so I have easy view for the whole place. A very friendly and nice lady came to help me to order my food. She explained that what kind of dishes I wanted. Finally, I have got my coconut shrimps. Those shrimps have real coconut shredded on top, very crispy and juicy. If you don’t want a place to chat with a friend or someone and enjoy some food. Mulberry‘s definitely is the right place.

We had the battered Cod and the beef dip. The fish and the onion rings had a nice crispy coating. The coleslaw was very tasty. The Cod meal was not that hot in temperature. Seems as if it had been put aside so both meals could be served together. The beef dip was under seasoned, in my opinion, but it was good. Well presented, and each meal included a cookie. The service was pleasant.
