Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I love Panago Pizza; it is my families #1 goto when it comes to take out pizza! As a vegetarian, Panago is one of the few pizza places that not only stocks every veggie I can think of but also carries Beyond-Meat versions of their meat toppings (pepparoni and sausage) so almost all of their pre-made pizza options are available to me! It is so refreshing to have more than two options to choose from (cheese and veggie being the only veggie options most places have. Panago also sources as many high-grade and or organic toppings which is amazing, delicious, and more healthy. Then there's the salads, chicken nuggets (Impossible-nuggets for me!), cheezy and dessert breads, organic juices; this place has really got you covered if you're looking for a quick meal and don't want to sacrifice quality for $ and time. I was gifted a coupon for 2 medium pizzas, 2 salads, and a pop. So for dinner tonight I figured I’d use it but there was a problem at the panago store - the store had no romaine lettuce for the salads. I said no biggie, just use another type of lettuce or another side. They said that it’s not possible - the coupon is only valid for salads. They offered that I could just not get the salads. Yeah right!? Like you should have atleast offered a substitute side for the salads since it’s not my fault your company sells coupons for things they don’t stock.

Update; I did what the store owner said and followed up with customer service but got the same feedback. Panago is not responsible for selling you things they don’t have in stock. Complete...

I recently ordered the "X Large Chipotle Pizza" from Panago Pizza, and it was honestly a huge disappointment. First off, the crust was overly thick and bland, lacking that delicious, crisp bite you’d expect from a pizza. The Chipotle flavors, which I was excited about, didn’t come through at all. The toppings were sparse and didn’t seem well thought out, with a weird balance of flavors that didn’t complement each other. The cheese felt like an afterthought and didn’t help tie the pizza together. To top it off, the size was massive but not in a good way — it was just too much of something that didn’t taste great. I won’t be ordering this again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal....
