When in 2024 a Sask. woman was turned away from this restaurant due to her accompanying guide dog and then later, the restaurant management apologizes, you expect the customer service to have improved. Fast forward to 2025,guess what ? Their customer service is still ignorant and lacking basic respect towards customers.

I am (now, was) a regular customer here for last 2 years. The other day my family and I went there. However, before arriving, we phoned ahead while on our way there (7 to 10 mins. ETA), placed our order (for dine in) and gave the exact time of our arrival. We did arrive on time. However, when the food came, 2 of the items were not cooked well. The restaurant wasn't even busy at that time, only 2 other tables besides ours were occupied. On my way out, I saw the chef and gave my feedback on the half cooked items. He very casually and rather promptly replied "because you were in a hurry". I was stunned with that response. A few days later I tried calling the owners in regina, expecting then to hear me out. They weren't available, I left a message. They got my message, never called me. The next day I get a call from the saskatoon restaurant, from the server, who said, she is sorry, chef is also sorry. I said, but the chef never spoke to me. She said, the chef said sorry to her. Then lastly she said, when you come next time, we will give you free food. Customer service is dying a slow death in this business, and they haven't learnt...

I Ordered biryani online today Sept 5 @ 4:26 pm. I also called the restaurant to request to make the food very mild as they had it wrong before when I'd leave instructions online. Said the food was going to be ready for pick up in 30 mins. I showed up around 5pm thinking the food will be ready. I stood in front of the counter for 10 mins before the guy even acknowledged me and said he will help me in a sec. He kept answering the phone while I was waiting there finally another 5 mins later he asks what I needed and I said I'm picking up food via online order. He goes to the kitchen and tells them I to make my food! What is the point of online pick up and estimate time if you're not even going to deliver on time or close to it. I sat there and the guy taking food orders kept telling me "5 mins" Mind you the restaurant was only serving 1 table at this point and they can't even deliver on time. Their customer service is just not there, maybe hire better staff coz this is bad for business. Based on other reviews the customer service staff needs a lot of work or...

Food was great, service was genuinely the worst I've ever had at any restaurant. The server sat me down and didn't grab drinks for over half an hour. When she finally did, every time we ordered it took over 20 minutes just to get drinks. On top of that when we asked for our bills she wouldn't give them to us, so multiple times I had to ask to get the receipts and they were all wrong. She said it was "too hard" to change them, at which point I explained to her how to do it in the system (I'm a server too). She came back and once again wouldn't give us the receipts (multiple times I asked), just handed us the machine and asked for us to just pay. I refused to pay without seeing the cost breakdown and when she finally gave them to us they were wrong again (mine was $7 over what it should be as shed just randomly put food and drinks on each bill) and she wanted us to just pay them because she again said it was "too hard" to keep track. She should 100% be fired, some people just aren't meant for the...

I have got my main dishes Cochin Lamb Curry with medium spicy. Little bit strong flavour is good for lamb if you don’t like that fatty taste. I love it, just trying to taste how spicy it could be. For most Canadian people, medium is strong, no so recommend. The curry with herbs mix taste so good, with the Chapatti (whole wheat Indian traditional flat bread) is even better. Healthy and full of creamy curry spicy flavours in your mouth, which is really enjoyable for me. I love multi-layered flavour combinations, this is great. I also order a Prawns Biriyani, I like those long size rice stuff with extra taste. Little bit sweet and sour stimulates my tongue, which pushes me want to eat more. Very clean and simple renovated dinning area with Indian dance background music, it is very Indian style. Also the food tastes great, good for people have the first try.

Worst biriyani I’ve ever tried in my life! It was taste like chicken curry with rice. There’s wasn’t any flavor in the biriyani. Chicken was taste old and fried, then they just add some gravy and rice into it that’s it biriyani! That was so disappointed restaurant was empty not busy there was two table of people with me. It was Saturday 8 at night I was craving biriyani then I choose tamarind might be the best option, but it was worst. I been to tamarind before I tried some curries and nan with my friends food was so good. But that time was so worst. I’ll never visit again. Worst Indian food in the city specially biriyani.
