Pita Pit — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Went in for a pita with good hopes but just saw some unhappy faces because it was just an 1 hour before they close. Asked for a regular falafal pita on a brown, she was very tight on veggies had to ask twice to add more veggies on top of that she just started wrapping my pita without even asking for sauces, and when asked she was like Ohh! "you even want the sauces". While wrapping it she tore the pita and instead of giving a new one she was like "it should be fine". I still asked her to change me the pita but she gave me weird look, as i took selected veggies only, aftee argueing with her finally she changed the pita, grilled it and gave it to me and when i saw it was a white pita which i never ordered....

I used to love it here. The new staff though don’t know the recipes. And the one I ordered for someone else is now wrong because they threw whatever in the bowl. And I shouldn’t even say new staff because the one person serving today has been there longer than 3 months. Save the corporate auto response email “sorry, please send us an email so we can better serve you”. Franchise owner: More training needed at this location for your staff. Very nicely renovated! The chicken quality has definitely improved by a whole lot! Which is good because the old style chicken was the main reason we stopped going to the pita pit. The veggie toppings are nice and fresh looking, not brown and room temp. The seating area could be slightly bigger as we had to sit along the wall where people order their food. When purchasing xtra bacon for the chicken Caesar pita it would be nice if you got more then one piece xtra for the price. Also another huge improvement could be better quality bacon instead of ready...
