First of all I would give zero stars but there is not an option for that. To begin with I ordered food at around 5:10 5:15 p.m. today my order did not show up by 6:45 so a couple minutes ago I went outside and the bag was sitting out there full of rain because it is raining and the food was cold. So the delivery guy from Popeyes did not knock, I had my inside door open and my outside screen door closed so and he didn't knock nor ring the doorbell he just left the food on the doorstep and left, and I know if he would have knocked my dogs would have barked instantly. We had ordered a 16-piece meal and about eight of the chicken were red and pink when you bit into them, the gravy was just one big jelly because it was so cold the mashed potatoes were cold, the biscuits were dry and cold overall not worth $65. Would not recommend and would never order from them again lesson learned. I will update tomorrow and see if we get food poisoning from the raw chicken.

We have a theory that this Popeye’s gets away with bad service since they have good food. Usually I brush it off because it could be just new staff or a busy day. But today’s experience feels deliberately rude. Went for $6.99 Ghost Pepper wings takeout, halfway home, I checked the food and realised they did not put the biscuit in. This is not the first time my order was missing something. Drove back and talked to the staff, and no one was sure whether the 6 wings came with a biscuit or not. Then the manager/supervisor insisted that biscuit was not included. I told him the flyer specifically states “served with a biscuit...for just $6.99” (see photo). The poster on their wall also showed a biscuit with the 6 wings, but the guy said “that’s just the picture”. He eventually gave me the biscuit, saying he’ll let me have it this time. As if it was a favour he was doing for me. 0 stars for service, but 4 for the food

I usually enjoy going to Tim Hortons and I’m a big fan of the brand, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The staff at the counter didn’t speak English, and even though I explained my order clearly multiple times, they didn’t help or try to understand. I had to repeat my order three times, and it still took a long time to get it right. When I tried to scan my Tim Hortons points, they didn’t let me, and gave no explanation. On top of that, the food was badly burnt the bread was completely overcooked and basically inedible. It was really disappointing. It’s a shame because the location is nice and the area is great, but the customer service and food quality were far below what I’ve come to expect from Tim Hortons. This experience definitely needs to be addressed

Eh che hem clears throat and puts on monocle

If you plan on going to Popeyes soon it's good to know that you'll be having a 30 to 45 minute wait (dining in or drive through) being the "new" restaurant in town. That being said after placing said order the staff works quickly and efficiently to get your food to you. I ordered the 5 piece chicken tender platter with ranch dipping sauce, fries, biscuit, macaroni and cheese, and a coke (comes as a large with the platter). Even though the place was VERY busy inside and out the staff was friendly and professional. After getting my order I realized the extent of my purchase; having ordered way too much. I started off on the mac and cheese. It wasn't great, had a bland flavor and the noodles felt like they have been sitting in water for an entire day. It did however come with a spork, that's an immediate +1. I then revenged their famous biscuit, it was salty and sweet and had a perfect texture; it was amazing. It was just before the chicken apocalypse began that I noticed I had received 7 tenders instead of 5! Knowing that I had ordered entirely too much only to find more food made me think it was a daunting task... but I powered through with a surge of confidence that came to me after I dipped an consumed my first chicken tender. Hot and crisp, mildly spicy and a good crunch. My appetite peaked and I began two handing the tenders and fries at the same time. Lost in a world of flavor, only taking breaks to breath or take a sip from my drink. I was down to my last tender and a few bottom box fries but my will was unbreakable. I finished the box with one last epic stand. I sat back and took a long sip of my drink, took a long breathe and sighed with pure feelings of accomplishment. I then packed everything neatly into the bag it came in, tossed it into the garbage and walked away. Only looking back once to think, "I wonder...

prarit (name tag)Mr manager, what's wrong with you mate, who made you manager. My last order had soggy onion rings and fries, So this time Instead of taking back storyline I ask to make sure I have crispy fresh onion rings and fries. he shouted to staff don't pack that and looked at us like we have done some kind of a crime. I should have ask free fries and onion rings as my old one where soggy like bread dipped in milk . But I just ask for better service this time and giving another chance. If this was a Canadian local customer you would have said sorry plz wait we will fix it but as soon as you see fellow Countrymen you show attitude. Dude greeting guest and serve them is only your job and can be replaced by 19 yr old polite person so don't act like you are manager in nasa and your drive through mission of Mars or something is failed because I ask for fresh food what I deserved and I paid for it things are not free. I wanted to ask for napkins and sauce but your eyes where made me feel like i wish i never came to business .gona try to take this matter to owners so you will learn a lesson I am in industry for 13 yr and haven't seen anyone showing me eyes like this for a paid service. Take your sinp take pr and plz move from hospitality industry go do something that can make you happy. Because you clearly don't belong to a service industry and probably in it for the reason and you are supervising a business,Don't take your personal life on customers buddy. Go work in amezon packages sorting department or something where you don't have to face coustomers directly,...

Wow!!!! Waited almost ten minutes at the drive through for someone to aknowledge me (I would have left already but at this point I wanted to see how long it would take.) Keep in mind that I'm the only person in the drive through and as far as I can see there is no customers inside. I did say hello after five minutes and they did aknowledge me but asked me to wait. It was another 3-5 minutes before he took my order. I actually think it was the manager. Got to the window and I could see four staff in there all hovered around a laptop. They were wearing masks so that's good. Thought to myself what a joke but at least I'm getting my food. When I got home and opened it up I actually laughed out loud. I got about 8 fries and the gravy was less then half full. The chicken on the sandwich was dry but tasty besides that. I normally would never leave a bad review for another resturaunt as I own two myself and know how it is especially in these times but come on!!!!! Oh also they have a note on the drive thru that they have raised prices due to covid. But they have also halved their portion sizes soooo they are making bank right now from the few people going there. I hate to say it but these are very obvious signs that that it will not last too much longer. They are going about it the wrong way and penalizing their existing customers instead of trying to get new ones. I give this place until about mid November to stay open unless they make some drastic changes. Too bad really. Eat local!!!! Sorry for the long rant but I feel like it really...
